Oak Solution Anmeldelser

The coffee table was beautiful, unfortunately there was a blemish of raised material on the shelf but I was offered £30 refund which I accepted. However I then discovered the laminate was coming away on the shelf so had to glue it back . The table is now with a charity and I hope someone enjoys it because it is a beautiful table but the quality is poor.

Excellent CD shelves, well made and good looking. Have now bought 4 of them!

Lovely sideboard. Been much admired also good experience with purchase and delivery. Thank you.

Very good and robust product. Very well built corner display unit and really goes well in our room. The description and pictures match with what we received.

Good quality item purchased to match the three drawer bedside table and sleigh bed. Good communication and efficient, punctual delivery. Would definitely purchase from here again. Thank you

We'd been searching for an oak corner unit for a while and saw that the one we wanted was out of stock. Nevertheless, I phoned to see when they would be in stock. The very helpful gentlemen I spoke to at Oak Solutions said he would check with the supplier, and promptly came back with the news that there was one, last one available and did we want it. It was in our dining room a week later, and at the sale price. We are delighted with the unit and with the exceptional customer service.

Fast delivery once arranged and excellent value for money.

I ordered 2no Bedside Cabinets with 3 Drawers each including Oak Handles they arrived in perfect condition but with Metal Handles, i emailed Oak Solutions and they replied and stated that they had posted out 6no Oak Handles 10 days later still no handles once again i emailed them and the only reply i received was what can we do to improve ourselves, get your orders right for a start and i still havent received the Handles Customer Relations is Disgusting.

Quick delivery. Driver helpful. Furniture was lovely. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend oak solutions and would buy from you again.

Fantastic product and great service. Taken indoors by the delivery team to exactly where I wanted it and all packaging removed. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with both, the service and the product.

Quality of product is not as robust as the previous one we bought some 7 years ago

Excellent communication and delivery was flawless. Product quality was very good too.

Hassle free transaction, quick delivery, free delivery with a discount voucher. Most of all lovely product.

Very happy with the service kept me up to date on how the order was progressing. Would buy of them again

The company kept in touch re delivery. The item was delivered without damage. The item was of good quality and I was really pleased with it.

This is the second set I have purchased both the same.
Good height, sturdy and versatile. Have added a little extra padding (memory foam bed toppers cut to size) Looks and feels great with scatter cushions and blankets.

Great service great products
