Locked out of account
I couldn't get into my O2 account and the lady (Claudia) was extremely helpful and persistent in trying to log me in . After about 30 minutes & numerous attempts she finally managed to get me up and running. She was amazing and friendly and never gave up .

Issue resolved
I went to the store thinking I had a phone problem. It was not. The problem was with an app that really was not O2 problem. However Joe in the mk store was so helpful and persevered until the issue was resolved. Fantastic experience thanks very much Joe!

Fantastic in-store service from Seb
After spending hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve an issue with my account, I decided to pop into the store and sort it out in person. To my very pleasant surprise, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction within just five minutes, thanks to the wonderful help from the store's customer service representative, Seb.
