Great customer service
We had a complicated situation with mobile contract and handsets. Matt and Finn were great, they knew their stuff, gave sensible solutions and had the patience of saints getting it all sorted for us. What was a really problematic situation was a lot easier than it was going to be. Thankyou

Excellent employee
I needed some help setting up my Samsung phone and my providers were O2. Matt from the Liverpool 1 shop was extremly helpful. He solved all my issues with my new phone. He was very polite, professional and very competent. I also decided to purchase an Internet package for my home. He was again very helpful with this. He is a great asset to your company.

I had a really positive experience at O2, thanks to Alejo. He was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted for me.
It’s so refreshing to receive genuinely excellent customer service. Alejo was professional, approachable and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

Excellent service from Alejo
Excellent service from Alejo, took his time to explain setting up my new IPhone from transferring my sim from my Android phone to my iPhone.
Nothing was too much trouble, cannot thank him enough for his patience and support.
