PK provided excellent support throughout my query. They quickly helped me block my lost device, arranged a replacement SIM card, and guided me through the insurance claim process with clear and patient explanations. They were professional, efficient, and reassuring during a stressful situation. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and excellent customer service. Great service
I had issues with my sim card which I ordered online, so I visited the store in trinity the advisor pk helped me get my sim card working. As I really rely on my sim card to stay connected to my loved ones it was a nightmare but he sorted that in second. Great service.

Kieran was really helpful and was able to fix the issue I was having with my watch. I got lucky going to a store with a service advisor in because the first person that I spoke to told me I needed to go Apple, but Kieran was able to reset the sim and sort out the signal issue.
