Kate was really helpful sorting out my new iPhone moved everything across from the old one too, we were perfect customers took out virgin broad band and bought an IPad.she was very patient and helpful with us. Great to get free USA roaming.

The staff jessica and eka helped me transfer all my data from my old phone onto my new, they did this with compassion n kindness i had lost my motjer 2 nights previous and i do not know the first thing about technology and phones so i thank them so much for treating me with such kindness and respect

Shaun McGlone was exceptional. The best customer experience I have had in years. What an asset to 02. I came in with my 90 year old mother who requires some assistance. He was patient, kind, professional and approachable. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
