Shocking and appalling!
I have been complaining about my app not working for months. Now I see staff at O2 have found the time to get AI bots to write good reviews for themselfs. Show their pure lack of respect and intelligence! Every review it writes names the staff members at the the store and is clearly being generated with AI. If I worked at that store and they were generating fabricated AI reviews using my name, I would be getting a good law firm to represent me. I imagine such behaviour would result a significant payout!
