I rarely leave reviews, but this company just won’t leave my mind. I’m already waiting for my third order and I’m over the moon with joy. The first time, I got the Ultrasonic Fat & Cellulite Burner and the 5-in-1 Facial EMS Rejuvenation Beauty Device. You can see the results from the 5-in-1 Facial EMS after just one use, and with the Cellulite Burner, even the fat under the skin becomes noticeably softer.

I lost my first set and forgot the company name, so I decided to order something similar on Amazon. I received a 5-in-1 Facial EMS Rejuvenation Beauty Device, but it was from a different company and worked completely differently. I ended up burning my skin — it looked exactly the same on the outside, but it didn’t perform its functions like the NuLifeBeauty version.

Luckily, I came across the original company online again and immediately reordered their devices because they really impressed me the first time. I’ve never experienced results like this anywhere else. The effectiveness is just like in a professional salon!

This is now my third purchase, and I’m really excited to try the IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset. I wish this company all the very best. They truly make high-quality products! Thank you so much!

Superb company

Superb company. I made an error when I first ordered and Lindsey immediately helped me. Some companies do not respond so quickly. I bought both products for wrinkles for me and my sister. I tried it on and could not get it off fast enough, the small button type inserts that you put into the slots are so painful that I can't believe ANYONE would ever put this on unless they are just really mad at themselves. Getting Customer Service to answer is a complete joke, I have tried over 10 times and no one is available. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.....IT HURTS!

Works Wonders

I purchased a unit and after having it on for over a week.The unit just stopped working.It just went red and then turned off. Their policy is not legit.It's only seven days and it stopped working after ten days. There is to reach for refunds or returns

I love the 6 in 1 cavitation machine…

I love the 6 in 1 cavitation machine they have. I had it for about 2 months now and It has been a total game changer for me. It really is a professional grade tool and it works quick!

My face and jawline already look firmer and my neck feels tighter. I also love the cellulite treatment features. I followed a couple of tutorial videos first I work with the cellulite pads then I switch to the six-diode body wand for about an hour. The difference is fantastic!

A crucial tip for using RF cavitation machines is to stay well hydrated because the treatment can feel like it’s burning if you aren’t.

My first ever spa session was at an upscale place where the technician measured my hydration before she would even begin. After a week of eating watermelon every day, she said I was the most hydrated client she’d worked on (second only to a naturopathic doctor).

For best results spend at least a week loading up on water rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, grapes, and drink lemon water or rooibos tea. Elevate your cellular hydration first and you’ll see amazing results!

On a side note I had a small issue with the vacuum function which customer support was able to resolve for me very quickly!

The skulptor doesn't even become warm after 5 hours of charging. The light on the part that touches your skin does not come on, only the On light. This skulptor devise is one of many that come out of China that are defective.

Amazing customer service

First off I loved my product! I was 2 weeks into I my treatment when my device stopped working. I reached out to customer service, was connected with Stephanie, and she was so amazing. She was easy to work with, she was kind, patient, and responded to my every concern. I give her a 10 star.

Stephanie Collins is stellar and deserves a bonus/raise/promotion for the tenacity, follow through, and communication with me and SPEEDX, a greatly flawed delivery service. Stephanie kept me informed about the status of the issues with SPEEDX and worked to get my order delivered. Were it not for her, I would still be looking for my order. Kudos to Stephanie

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent me a mask. I talked my friend into buying one her’s did not come in a box. After reading the reviews I see why. I used it for a year then it stopped working. They sent me a new and upgraded one. I was SO happy. But this one had an even lesser shelf life. It worked for 3 months then it started shorting out in me. So you wiggle the remote and it turns off and on. I am an electrician my husband electrical engineer. I told them what to send me so it would work. Which was not a new mask but new remote and plug. Btw. The 1st plug sparked when I plugged it in. They did not do that. They sent me a new remote and wanted me to use the faulty plug including the one that sparked when I plugged it in! Then they sent me the battery. It didn’t work. Because the remote was fried due to the plug. So my husband and I took the plug apart and found SEVERAL faulty problems with just their remote. Each time there was a problem we had to videotape it and send it to us. The CS rep was nice but she insisted that I didn’t know how to plug in something. Then once we showed how faulty it was made they did not want to send me anything because I didn’t want it. And get this! They said sorry we aren’t sending you a new unit (which I didn’t want because it’s made bad) and they weren’t going to give us back our money. And here is the thing! They offered me a discount on my “future” purchases with them. The funny thing they NEVER asked me to send anything back. Because it’s a price of junk and they didn’t want it. I would say. If you purchased through them go to your bank and report fraud and your bank will give you back your money. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. So, I started the process of getting my refund back with my cc company. And I have ALL the emails and recordings, even of me and my husband taking it apart and showing them what is wrong with their board. If you bought it. Return it because it won’t work for long and they will NOT give you your money back. And even though they are a AMERICAN company. ALL other products are from China. Need I say more. You’d be better off going on Amazon and buying it from China for $20 and that one would actually last you longer than the crap that Americans are selling to other Americans.

• No accusations, just facts. We asked for brief videos of the mask, cord, and remote plugged together so our engineers could see which part was failing. That’s routine troubleshooting, not an insult to anyone’s electrical skills.

• Refund was on the table. When the second set failed, we gave a clear choice: full refund upon return of the parts or another replacement. You opted for the replacement.

• Hassle-free from day one. We deliberately waived return requirements to save you the inconvenience—yet every replacement still arrived at our cost.

• Six years in business, thousands of masks sold, no pattern of this defect. Your case is literally the only instance of repeated controller failure we’ve seen, which is why we pressed for detailed evidence before sending a third full kit.

If you now prefer the refund, simply return whatever components remain and we’ll credit the original payment in full. Our support team will reach out to you.

Can anyone provide me with a return…

Can anyone provide me with a return shipping address?? I have reached out to the company numerous times for a return shipping address and they gave me a song and dance each time the last couple emails so they wanted pictures of the damage box and all of the laser machine which I’ve sent them a couple times now, and still have not received any return address of where to ship the item back??!!!?????!!!!
No matter what I am getting my money refunded because I have contacted them way in advance requesting this and they are trying to delay it so that I cannot get my money back which is not going to happen because I have saved all the documentation showing that I have asked for this repeatedly!!! But they refused to give me the return shipping address, so I can send this item back and get my money refunded!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is absolutely false.

We've provided you the return address already multiple times and we've informed you that we will issue you a full refund once we receive back the package.

We have all the emails back and forth with you. Not really sure why you would claim that we didn't, when we have the clear proof, and you do as well.

The package was very slightly damaged in shipping which is true, but the product works as you confirmed. We did apologize for the way the box arrived and offered to give you a partial refund of 20% for that if you wanted to keep the product. We also informed you that we will replace the product free of charge if it was damaged, however it wasn't.

You wished to still return the product back to us. We provided you the return instructions including the address multiple times in all our emails back and forth. But like we said, it's our policy that the customer covers the return shipping costs. The return label to our US warehouse is about $10-15 and it's quite close to you.

We did even agree to waive any processing and restocking fees for you.

Your review is completely false and unfair.

It seems to us that you are trying to purposefully damage the reputation of a small business with a bad review because you didn't get your way.

We've been extremely fair to you and offered many solutions.

If i could give this company a negative 10 stars i would. They missed half my products and what did arrive broke in a day. over two weeks of run around "oh we resent the stuff, oh we will send a new part, oh oops sorry it didn't get sent let me resend that again" This company is crap, their products are crap.

When you placed your order, we had to ship the two gels separately from the rest of your items due to packaging constraints, to ensure all products were delivered safely. While your packages were delivered within three days of each other, we understand this caused confusion, and when you reached out to us, we immediately informed you about the separate shipment.

Later, when you mentioned that your device was not working as expected and that you didn’t receive the gels, we worked with you to verify the situation. To resolve your concerns, we sent you a brand-new package that included the gels, as well as a replacement power cord for your device. This package was shipped promptly and delivered within five days.

When you continued to express dissatisfaction, despite our efforts to resolve the matter, one of our customer service managers personally stepped in. Even though you had opened a dispute at this point, we sent another new package as a goodwill gesture to improve the situation and ensure you were taken care of.

Ultimately, the refund from the dispute was processed, and we understand that you were able to keep all the products we sent as well. While we respect your feelings, we believe we made every effort to address your concerns and resolve the matter fairly.

Terrible customer service and product doesn't work

I have been with customer service for a few days now. I've sent videos and proof the product doesn't work. Kathy Williams keeps dodging my question about where I can return the item. I followed their return policy and I am doing everything they said for me to do. Kathy won't tell me where to Return it because it's broken and I am very unhappy with my device. I have reached out to legal counsel because they are in violation of their own policy. There are other customers dealing with the same thing so this is cause for a class action lawsuit. If Kathy doesn't reply, I will take legal action because I paid a lot of money for a device that doesn't work.

You reached out to us stating that your product wasn't working correctly. Kathy provided you with some troubleshooting steps and some explanation on how the product works. From your response, it seemed like there was some confusion on how the device is supposed to operate. We attempted to provide further explanation to clear up any confusion.

We also provided you a pre-paid return label so you can return the product.

We never denied you the return or dodged your question.

You purchased a professional level device, which can be a bit confusing to use at first. This is completely normal. However, it seemed like you weren't accepting any of our help and you were convinced that the product was defective.

Don’t trust this company, no return given

Purchased a cavitation device and used for 30 days but was unhappy with results so initiated return. Item was sent back to Canada and according to tracking received almost 3 weeks and still have not received refund. Sent email one week ago with tracking info and asking for direction, but still have not received a response. I would not purchase from this company, seems sketchy and honestly I finally googled the return address and it is some hotel in Canada? Shame on me for falling for this.

We do not believe that your review accurately reflects the situation.

You wished to return the product, for which we provided the return instructions and requested a tracking number of the package so we can monitor it.

You stated that you returned it however the tracking number you provided was not correct, which is why we requested another one from you after your follow up email.

At the end we issued you the refund without receiving the unit back, as we took your word for it that you shipped it to the correct place. Our return address is a UPS return center, not a hotel as you stated.

You sent us an email initially that your device was defective, and we responded right away.

We provided you some troubleshooting steps and requested a video from you to verify the problem. We also said that we can replace it free of charge if it's defective, which we did.

It seemed that you had some issues with your email as you weren't replying to our responses back to you, stating that you weren't receiving our emails. We even attempted to reach out to you by phone.

In the end we did send you a brand new unit.

Defects and issues do happen from time to time, we don't deny that. But we always replace those free of charge for our customers. We have never denied an exchange for a customer.

My second time ordering from nulife…

My second time ordering from nulife beauty and I couldn't be happier with the products and customer support when I had to talk to them. I got their ultrasonic last year which has been working great!! It did take me longer than the usual 4 weeks as they say to see results but it definitely works if you put in the effort. It ain't no magic pill let me tell you that! If you have been lazy all year and gained a few pounds don't you expect to zap away everything in a month. That's not possible.

I purchased my kit after seeing some great reviews and decided to try it out. I got an email that it was delivered a few days after but it wasn't there. Went to the post office and was told they misdelivered my package. Emailed customer support right away and they gave me no issues at all. They quickly sent out another one. I am very happy with the service.

Despite some of the negative reviews I decided to try the Nu Life ultrasonic burner and I got it on black Friday for 60% off, so that was good. It arrived within a couple of days which was a surprise since I didn't get express shipping. I was a bit worried honestly since most of these "fat slimming" products don't really work but I did also read some good reviews about this and wanted to try. I have some a very stubborn double chin lol. After using the device the first time I swear I already saw an improvement!! I used it for about 15 mins and my skin felt much tighter. I used it for couple more times after that and I am planning to do a before and after and post on their site but so far I am impressed and I came in pretty skeptical. I haven't had much of a chance to use it again over the holidays but I am going to stick to it regularly for the new years. So far though I am really liking it! Also didn't have any issues with customer support either. I emailed them for some advice and they were very helpful and responded within a couple of hours.
