It's hard to say a big-enough Grazie! to Nudo for planting in us the dream of Italy – and keeping it going through so many meals, over so many years. We got hooked at the start of their clever adoption program, when, as a gift from our daughter, we found ourselves "parents" (or was it "grandparents"?) of a young Leccino olive tree growing in Le Marche. Getting to "watch" its progress to our table through Nudo's online flow of information, updates, and recipes fast became exciting, fun, and educational – though the best part was always the first drop of its unctuous deliciousness as each handsome tin was opened! By now we've purchased several more Nudo products for ourselves and as gifts: other oils, panettone, almond logs, and various balsamic condiments. We've found the Nudo ordering system, customer service, and delivery to be reliable and prompt (even though it's often involved friends, family, or ourselves in three different countries). And all these years later, Nudo remains our go-to for specialty gift giving – and for us. Unique, easy, sublime!

We’ve been using Nudo Olive Oil since 2015. Once we had our first taste of this delicious Olive Oil, we knew no other could compare in taste and quality.

We’ve also had friends who tried it, and couldn’t believe how good Nudo is. They in turn recommended it to others, who now are all happy Nudo lovers.

The service is excellent, and customer service is very pleasant going out of their way to help.

Your website is absolutely awful.
I can't get to the shop, i get caught in a continual loop of sign in.
When i do put a gift set in my basket, bearing in mind it only shows me a very limited selection, it then wont allow me to buy it because royal mail wont deliver it.
Whats going on ?

Fabulous customer service! Great quality and variety of products, and excellent prices. I have had a couple of occasions to engage Customer Service and they went above and beyond addressing the issues. They are a great company to work with and the only way I would ever buy EVOO. Long time customer!!

I’ve been a subscriber for years and have enjoyed the oils immensely. But it is the customer service where this company stands out. I recently received a delivery, and one of the bottles had a leak. I could tell that it wasn’t a transit damage but was a defect in the bottle itself. I emailed the company, and Georgie responded to me the next business day, acknowledging the issue and indicating that a replacement would be sent. Within 48 hours I had a tracking number for replacement oil. Thank you Nudo (and Georgie) for the quick response.

I received Nudo olive oil as a gift about 6 years ago, and have been ordering from Nudo Adopt ever since. Their products are excellent, and Georgie, in customer service, has gone above and beyond in answering any questions I have and in helping me place orders (when needed). The olive oil comes well-packed and I always receive it in a timely manner. I get all my EVOO from Nudo Adopt.

Delicious olive oil and excellent customer service.

Horrifically bad experience. Order took so long to get we thought they went out of business. All of our attempts to contact them were ignored. Eventually had American Express reverse the charge in dispute. That's when we finally heard from them. Still engaged in an argument with them. Will never do business with them again. Recommend you don't either as you will likely get caught out having paid, while never receiving your merchandise, with them ultimately likely to enter bankruptcy. Negative 10 stars.

I never received my order. Still waiting. They checked and said they thought it was lost in transit and would send new order with tracking information. I am still waiting.

The package of olive oils was well secured and no damage to the cans. As always, the oils taste so good and fresh on our foods.

We have used Nudo for a long time and have been impressed with the quality of items supplied. In addition, the items arrive quite quickly and well packaged.
