I was contacted by one of the owners he yelling at me saying I called him and now wont take his calls he insisted that I listen because I needed him. I fell for it listened allowed hon to convince me that I needed his service and terrified me with the thought of dealing with IRS myself... this relationship cost me about 5,000.00 dollars more then I had to give away. For that money I believe I received nothing.
After not hearing from them and or a response to my inquires I was eentually contacted by another person I had never heard of and was advised I need to work with then and authorize another auto pay in the amount of another 4,000.00 advising they had more work to fo...at this point I was done I didnt see what they had done for me. I elected to pay that money directly to IRS..I advised I know longer needed their services.

This is terribly unfortunate. We have requested to the client many times that she provide us her missing tax returns, as she agreed to. She has never complied. Without the returns, we absolutely cannot resolve her case.
In addition, after receiving many phone and email requests, the client has refused to provide us financial info that must be made available in order to resolve. She wouldn't give us that either.
Regardless of the additional work caused by chasing the info above, we never raised our fee.
Later, the client came to us with a new problem. She was accessed personally for the taxes of her business (Trust fund assessment) that was a new debt from the one she hired us for, therefore additional fee to resolve. She was not obligated to ask or allow us to resolve this problem as well, but we did propose a resolution (and a fee for doing so). She agreed to pay the additional money and then dropped off the face of the Earth.
Again, this is absolutely unfortunate. But the company cannot resolve tax cases without the client providing information. We are still willing to help this woman, and believe that it is in her best interest to allow us to finish.

I haven't had a great experience it seems that just a payment is wanted I left another tax company for this and they still set me up on a payment plan with the IRS that I cannot afford after telling them and I did not agree to do that but the person who was working with me sent the agreement without my permission because I didn't respond fast enough and I have one payment left to pay them but no results I would stay away from this company they do not respond to you but they take your money and this was not cheap for a person who is a widow with one income that is not much. If the funds are not available they will but do not call you back for your case this is really sad, I was working with Joe Marinari

I was hit with a 75% Levy of everything I earned. NTC got the Levy stopped, and got me into a very reasonable payment plan! I am very satisfied!

Worst experience I ever had
Worst experience I ever had, if you’re really interested I’ll send you all the emails and attitudes. I have to have them all done over again because there was absolutely no way I had to pay that much money after never having to pay in my life! I needed answers to questions and those questions were avoided and not answered. It cost me $2000 I didn’t have and now I have to pay someone else. Your company should be ashamed of yourselves as to the way you screwed me out of money and now it shows amounts I owe that I can’t possibly pay, last time I do business on the internet and I have been spreading your crappy service name to everyone I know- you feel better now? So if you really want to know and this review isn’t fake than give me an email address so I can send you everything that transpired. I’m sure I won’t hear from you and you’ll sweep this under the rug because you are not a reputable company!

I've been using NTC for awhile now
I've been using NTC for awhile now, but the customer service seems to have dwindled. I called one time and the girl who answered was completely out of touch, and she would not connect me to who I needed, but offered to take my number and pass it on.

the state tax board are suppose to be incontact with you guys instead of me. I hired your company to protect and serve me. I don't know why the are garnishing my paycheck and also levying my bank account at the same time. never seen before. I feel exposed and left with nothing to take care of my kids.

Do not use this company!
They did absolutely nothing for me. I basically paid them $5,500 to do my taxes. I ended up setting up my own payment play. This company is a scam!!!! Their promises all went away once I finished paying the company off. Do not believe their promises!!!
Their claim below that I had to pay nothing for my Federal Taxes is a down right lie. I'm not sure why they would make that claim when I was forced to pay every dollar I owed on my taxes. That's what upsets me about the company, I paid them $5,500 under the "promise" I would have my tax bill reduced and in no way was it reduced! I paid every single dollar. Like I originally said, I paid them $5,500 to just do my taxes. Do not make the same mistake I made! Go with someone else!

Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished. We stand behind the work done on this file, and feel that perhaps the client simply doesn't understand what was done for him.
Client was placed in Non Collectible Status for a huge amount of IRS debt, saving him thousands and thousands of dollars. Client wanted to "settle" his debt for less than owed, but didn't qualify for that program (Offer In Compromise). We instead placed him in a program where he will pay NOTHING AT ALL on his federal tax debt, and the debt will soon expire with the Statute of Limitations.. THAT IS A HUGE WIN!!!
He also owed state of Colorado taxes. Although the review said he set up his own installment agreement for those taxes, this email , from the client himself, states that he is grateful for us setting up that agreement for him. he sent us this on 1/26/2017:
1/26/2017: """I spoke with Mr. ******** and told him my desire to settle my IRS debt at a reduced rate. He then told me that the likelihood of the settling for reduced amount would be slim to none. I was upset but he was able to set me up on a payment plan which I was thankful for. (He did this really quick which I really appreciate.)"""
This seems to contradict the assertion that we didn't complete the work, and this was from the client himself.
Taxes were filed
Taxes were filed, but I still had to pay more than if I'd had the energy to file myself. Paid twice and didn't file the state for me. Just feel like I was ripped off as I am elderly and was at a very low point in life with grief.

The people who worked on my behalf did an excellent job. The only issue I had was when they were collecting their fee. I was on a very tight budget and they were aggressive with getting this taking care of. Again Scott thank you for your help.

The day I decided to sign up with NTC…
The day I decided to sign up with NTC Tax Relief was a bonus! I had no Idea What I was signing up for. I had huge tax bills and was ignoring them! NTC took me by the hand, and educated me as to the problems I would start having, If I didn't do something about my back taxes....I agreed to let NTC help me. They took care of everything for me, and now I have this enormous burden off my back! Thank you NTC for all your hard work !

My experience
My federal taxes were handled great, but I was told that the state would be included and they did nothing, and not telling me anything either. Then I find out the state has a collections attorney after me and I owe double from what it was. That sucked!!

Client hired us in 2016 and we immediately investigated both state and federal tax debts. Our recommendation after looking into the unpaid taxes were to let us handle the federal issues only. We placed the client in status 53, to keep him from having to pay his $14K tax liability to the IRS, and informed him of the parameters of that program.
The agreement did not say that we also represent client to the state, and indeed he was not charged for state work. We stand by our work here, the price and service given were fair.
Later, the client did hire us again, to do the state work, for a nominal fee. We are sorry that client feels that this has been poor service, we think differently.

I have really enjoyed working with everyone at NTC that has helped me along the way. I was really confused on how to deal with 4 yrs of tax problems. All that has been involved has explained the process to help me understand.
