Phone bills , PayPal account details , photos of you with your passport . This information is drip fed to you . It’s obviously an attempt to deter you from withdrawing money won. Shocking customer service. Deposited funds and there was a free spins bonus on the deposit. For days the game wouldnt load, kept getting error message. Got on to live chat and they repeatedly blamed the issue on a fault with a provider which was nothing to do with the game I was trying to play it was a separate issue altogether. Then sent an email to support and was told same thing and to be patient. This was after 3 days of patience. Scam company. For someone who puts so much into advertising on tv , their reputation is so far from it. So many problems regarding identity verification, deposit amounts and randomly suspending your account without giving valid reasons.
