Im lucky enough to have a new car every three to four years and working with Norton Way Nissan was one of the best.

I have been a Norton way customer since 2010 buying cars and service plans. I had to part exchange my Nissan Duke as after only driving 9000 miles in the car the automatic gearbox completely failed and low and behold because the car was 10 years old no one would take any responsibility or even meet me half way for the cost. I was given a part exchange of £3000 not all that generous as I was offered £2350 for scrap, no other dealership would offer me anything on an unusable car so I was trapped at Norton Way. My first car I bought with Norton Way was a Peugeot 308 served me well and no problems with it so I decided to drop Nissan and go back to Peugeot. I purchased a Peugeot 2008 I was pleased with my car even though I had to purchase it through Nissan I don't know why? however after about a week I was stopped by the police and informed the car had no MOT on it I was sold the car with an MOT until June 2025 or so I was led to believe. The policeman gave me a few days grace to sort the situation out and return to the police station with the MOT certificate. I then had to take time of work to sort the situation out. I arrived at the Peugeot dealership and after some checking it was indeed found to have no MOT I was now stranded in Letchworth as to his credit the service man obviously said they would MOT it that day. He suggested I go for some lunch and return later. After spending most of the day in Letchworth my car was ready, I have been told since purchasing the car that the model I bought is unfortunately is one to avoid because of the welt belt system in the engine so again I have a car I have little confidence in and am just waiting to breakdown AGAIN. I have mentioned my dissatisfaction several times and no one seems to take it that serious or indeed seems that surprised. If it is now Norton Way Groups policy to just offload problematic cars to the used car buyer then congratulations your good at your job.

I purchased a used Nissan Juke from Norton Way Nissan in January 2025. We were looked after by a terrific guy named Laurell who made the whole transaction easy from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient but a special mention must go out to Laurell Manty-Sorvari who gave us an excellent test drive and sold us the car. Great guy. Not pushy like many other car sales people I've encountered, but very thorough.

Norton way gave us a very fair trade in price for our old car and so far, we are very pleased with the Juke.

Great aftersales follow-up calls too and Laurell fully explained what add-ons and extended warranties were available.

Overall I'd recommend Norton Way Nissan in Letchworth - 5 Stars

The sales man was excellent, but I was told the wing mirror would be repaired for a new one, and it wasn’t. It was still broken and I had to cover the coat of repair.

I had a issue with the car made the dealership aware of the problem, which was whenever i received a phone call the quality is really poor for a new car and its hard to hear the other person vise versa. I was told that the manager would call me back it has been over a week now UNACCEPTABLE..At this point I will just give the car back and go else where this is not how customers is meant to be treated and ignored..Funny when am at the dealership FAKE SMILES now there is an issue am being ignored...Good service gone BAD 1STAR be CAREFUL PEOPLE
