I obsessively check all reviews before purchasing anything but for some reason I didn’t check their trust pilot reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Absolutely gutted. No products and lost money

Only wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
Same happening to me.
Placed order took payment and nothing heard since. Sent so many emails.
Very poor.

Ordered and paid for product over a month ago, that failed to be delivered. Telephoned and messaged them several times with no reply.

A real shame. I met the owner a number of years ago. I liked his ethos and their products. I have ordered successfully on line in the past . I last ordered in May, payment was taken but half way through July I have not received anything. Despite sending emails.
This is really poor and as mentioned at the start a real shame.

Same as everyone else, ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago, payment taken, and nothing since. No product, no reply, no communication. Why is their website still live. I have reported them to Facebook so hopefully at least their FB shop will be closed, and am about to report them to trading standards DO NOT order anything from their website

As with the other people here I ordered and have had nothing. I have reported them to Trading Standards as their website should not be active and taking orders if they have ceased trading (which it appears they). They have not responded to Tweets, emails through the site or directly and so I have instigated chargeback proceedings through my bank (you stand a better chance of getting your money back if you paid by credit card).

Avoid at all costs and do not purchase from this site!

As other recent reviews - in my experience they will take payment but deliver nothing.

There is still someone active here behind the scenes, as in January 2023 they resisted a strike-off order at Companies House and in February 2023 changed their registered address.

There are two things you can do:

i) Report them to Action Fraud

ii) Ring your bank and try and get a chargeback.

They took 41 quid out of my account and never delivered the product. They do not answer emails.

Ordered items over two weeks ago, still have not received them. Numerous emails sent, no reply in over a week. No phone number listed.

Placed an order for three shower bars. They swiftly took the payment from my account. Now that it’s almost March with no product and only shipping info is that they have transmitted info to carrier for delivery but not the product

ordered from them on 24 jan - paid by Paypal - no delivery - said order shipped to DPD - checked with DPD and they havent received the order .. such a shame as their paw cream was brilliant ... will have to get my money back - fearing the worse for their business -

I placed an order on the 19th of November and received nothing. No reply to my emails, no product, nothing. It seems like they are gone for good like many other beard product brands. Their website should be taken down. It is still processing your card but there is no one at the other end. Do not order, they are no longer in the business.

Placed an order on 15/11/22 after receiving an email advising a number of products would be discontinued. Stuck my neck out to order enough for free delivery (£39) & despite chasing via emails & the company's contact form, absolutely no response. Tracking advised today that my delivery had failed ... not surprised, apparently trying to deliver some 370 miles from where I live. Appalling, wish I had read reviews on here before buying, appear to have had my money taken.

Really didn’t want to leave a 1 star review. But after placing an order for beard oil and hair wax 5 weeks ago I am still waiting on any updates on the order.

Emailed 4 times. No reply.
Instant messaged on all social platforms. No reply.

Cannot find a contact number.

I’ve used Norse for the past 5 years and have NEVER had any issues. Goods always turn up within 5 days and they are always spot on.

But looking at other reviews something has changed here in the last 5 weeks… hope the business owners are OK, this is certainly out of character, but just a reply to the emails and chase messages would be great.

Under usual circumstances.. this is a 5star business

I placed an order of over £100 over a month and a half ago. DPD initially messed up the delivery, and it was sent back to Norse. These things happen, and I wasn't initially concerned, assuming the order would either be re-delivered or I would at least be reimbursed. However, since then I have been unable to get hold of anyone from Norse despite emailing, messaging on Facebook messenger, and phoning. Their customer service is non-existent.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered hair wax for my husband on 23rd September, norse took £45 immediately and the products have not arrived. DPD say they’ve not received package either. I have emailed norse twice and no reply. Taking money for goods not provided equates to theft. Shoddy customer service completely unprofessional. Steer well clear.

Wonderful products disgusting uncaring after sales, they certainly don't deserve to succeed.
I ordered hand balm and hair wax on 14/9/22 I have still not received the goods but they took my money immediately. I have messaged via their contact page and lost count of the number of calls I have made and messages (pleasant) left to no avail .
They are today advertising 25% off everything - don’t be sucked in all you will get is 25% off nothing supplied.

The razor I purchased was fine until recently when the thread on the head did not tighten to the handle. I do not appear to be able to raise anyone at Norse Lifestyle having completed their webform, emailed their info mailbox and called their mobile number 07917 357609. As others have said, the website appears to be live but no one is responding.

3 years ago I started “Barbier Barabas” a barbershop near Ghent, Belgium. Since I’m a small local business myself, I try to support other local businesses, to try and convince people to shop more local, small brands. Since I discovered Norse, I always ordered their beard products.

Never had any problems, until my last order, passed December..

After ordering and paying my last order on the 10th of December, I never heard form Norse or the owner, Iain Kerrigan again. My order of more than 250 GBP, never got to our shop… Which is very sad since it has been a tough year for us as barbershop due to the covid virus. The last thing we needed was a supplier who took our money and never delivered…

I have emailed several times, telephoned multiple times (+44 7917 35 76 09, also active on WhatsApp, but doesn’t reply), Instagram, Facebook (both business page “Norse Lifestyle” and personal page of the owner “Iain Kerrigan”), still no answer…

It has been more than 6 weeks, no step closer to receiving my products, or my money…

I’m must say I’m very disappointed and angry, I thought small businesses should help each other out, instead of putting one another into a mess. Very sad doing business this way.

I hope this review can serve as a lesson to everyone, be cautious, the website norselifestyle.com is still live, but I’m guessing you will never receive your products after payment (had customers who came in, telling the exact same thing)…
