Recently bought an item that shipped incomplete. When I called I expected to get the run around. Instead I got grade A customer service. Noble Knight went above and beyond and took care of the issue within 15 minutes. I will continue to shop here for all of my board game needs in the future.

I bought Pathfinder 2e NPC core , it is a beautiful book, and the delivery was successful 👌. I'm very pleased with that it came on time. Recommend Noble knight games.

I live in the UK and have used Noble Knight twice in the last few months. Their website is excellent with a good search facility and the ability to place a request for an out of stock item. This in particular works well as I receive notifications promptly allowing me to make a purchase. Orders are processed promptly and the goods are very well packaged. They use a courier (Fedex) that is effiecient - good tracking, exzcellent couriers and in the most recent case the good arrived several days ahead of the expected delivery date.

Noble Knights prices are very reasonable even taking into account the shipping charges from the US and their prices have bettered both a well known UK traders and a European supplier by a significant amount. Top marks!

I ordered several books, not realizing that one of them was a pre-order several months out. When I contacted customer service, they were happy to split up my order and send the available books now, then the pre-order when it becomes available. It was a great experience, and Scott was very helpful.

Number one for me is the accuracy and honesty behind the condition ratings. I have been very pleasantly surprised with every used game I have purchased, they all arrived in better condition than described! Their customer service responds quickly to any questions with a polite and professional attitude. Shipping is prompt and reliable. This is my number one source for all my used game purchases.

In the space of two weeks I placed two orders. First time shopping at the site, too.

For the first order I couldn't access the sale page as it was a custom bundle, but NobleKnight emailed me the description so I could print it out and put it in my husband's stocking.

For the second order I had already placed my order but realized I really wanted an additional game. I emailed and asked if they could add it and they did! Sent me a separate invoice to pay. It was so easy.

The Gamestop of Board Game dealers...they offer you pennies for trade-ins, even when you're offering up unopened, rare games that sell for a LOT on their site. What a scam.

These folks REALLY came through! I've wanted a copy of an old, long out of print RPG supplement called "The Living Greyhawk Gazetteer" with the original poster/map it came with for quite a long time. When I ran across one it was either priced through the roof for a shelf-worn copy, or lacked the map, or a bit of both. It had been on my Noble Knight wish list for a while. Then recently Noble Knight got their hands on a copy in *EXCELLENT*, near-mint condition, with the gaming map present and looking brand new, for less than half the price I'd been seeing them elsewhere. I jumped on it, and it arrived very safely packaged with a water resistant (ziploc style) bag and lots of bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard around it, and it got here unusually fast for the standard shipping I paid for. This was a rare, pleasant surprise! Much gratitude to Noble Knight Games. I can happily recommend these folks!

I had an issue with a purchased game that was missing key components. Scott in customer service responded quickly and rectified the problem. First class organization.

Was able to find a copy of the OOP game Flip city at a great price from Noble Knight. Even with shipping all the way to Australia it was still a good deal. Their ratings for 2nd hand games is spot on this game was almost mint. This is not the first time I’ve found what I was looking for at Noble Knight and it won’t be the last. Cheers!

I have ordered several talisman games from noble knight, at first a little afraid for shipping time since i order from Europe, but they arrange an extraordinary fast shipping for a really acceptable cost. First satisfaction point! And sometimes things can go wrong, its uninevitable, but the communication and customer service really was top! I felt like i really mattered, and they sincerely gave me the best help they could and did! I Definitely recommend noble knight! Good quality items and most important very good customer support! 10/10 will buy again!!

Ive bought quite a few items from the Noble Knight Games website and never had a single issue. My most recent order was a bit different though. The item I paid for was an "EX" grade item that was missing one small part (this item is generally cost prohibitive if completely intact and has its original packaging). The item I received in the mail was only missing a single part, but there was also significant wear to the parts, including several broken small parts. When I notified the Noble Knight that the set didn't match the grade I purchased, they immediately sent me a brand new, mint, set to "cherry pick" to replace any broken or worn parts. They also sent me a return label so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. While Noble Night did accidentally send the wrong item, they 100% fixed it when notified. Because the only physical difference between the new set and the set I purchased was packaging, and a single missing part, they told that I could go ahead and just trade the sets out and send the old one back and keep the new one. Given the difficulty in finding a new set, and the cost differential, It was over the top nice of them !!

TL;DR
They are human beings not machines; on rare occasions the wrong thing gets shipped, or mis-graded. If they do make a mistake, they fix it for you immediately, and at no cost to you. The Noble Knight is an outstanding place to buy collectibles and minis !

I ordered a near mint copy of hard-to-find game and it unfortunately was missing enough pieces/elements making it unplayable. NK immediately sent out a new copy with all the components checked and bagged up neatly, all the while maintaining contact with shipping info. Fantastic experience all around. NK will be my go-to site for rare board games. Thanks to Scott and whole NK team.
