I've been with nitropack for maybe 3-4 years now and I love their service. Miroslav is also very helpful in our customer support chat. These guys are great!

We had a problem where the cache was not working with some settings on our site. Nitropack escalted the issue to their expert team and investigated in detail and resolved the issue in days. Their support is excellent and extends to looking at site specific issues in detail.

I needed support when an uninstall failed. Stefan was a great help in getting it resolved. Stefan's communication and response times were great.

I will gladly leave my review here. The plugin really speeds up the site. But its advantage is not only in this. I had a problem with YouTube videos. They were not shown in full length. Support from Borislav was more than fast and competent. He very soon discovered that the specific element responsible for the problem was the "Lazy load iframes" feature; when this option was turned off, the video began to display correctly.
