Great support
Great support. Even for the free version of the plugin. Direct work done when asked to help, no messing around and no wasting of time.
No complaints at all.

Miroslav was incredibly helpful to solve my problem.
I hopped onto the Nitropack train after trying to speed up my website with WPRocket, which is a very good plugin, but Nitropack is superior. I read some rumors that the pagespeed score that Nitropack achieves isn't real, but in my experience, that's simply not true. I got a visible speed increase with my Buddyboss theme with LearnDash.
After installing the plugin I got a problem, but the support with Miroslav helped quickly.

NitroPack offers exceptional technical and general customer service that truly delivers results. Unlike larger internet technology companies like GoDaddy, which often outsource their customer service to individuals with minimal technical knowledge to reduce costs, NitroPack ensures that its support is provided by knowledgeable experts. My experience with their customer service was positive, as I received assistance from real professionals who stayed with the issue until it was fully resolved.
