Nike new Zealand is appalling I called the wellington store and asked for a specific pair of shoes customer service said we don't have that pair and just hung up the phone no details on where to get the shoes or nothing I'm going to the ombudsman with my complaint to investigate this company😭😭🥹#unhappycustomer

Compré una camiseta el 21 de abril de 2025 con entrega máxima el 26 y a fecha de hoy 5 de mayo no me la han entregado. Me dicen que no saben el motivo y me ofrecen devolverme el dinero porque no saben si me la podrán entregar. De pena

Bestilte et par sko som skulle leveres den 15-04-2025 hvor pengene også blev trukket, men de er endnu kommet frem... Jeg snakkede med deres kundeservice, som jeg antager sidder et sted i Østeuropa. De oplyste, at de ville eskalere sagen og vende tilbage indenfor 24 timer. Det skete ikke.... Skrev til deres chat, hvor jeg så igen fik samme svar. Da jeg bad dem annullere ordren og returnere mine penge, fik jeg at vide, at det kunne de ikke håndtere via chatten.... Jeg køber der aldrig igen. Tænk at et så stort brand, vil være bekendt at drive kundeservice på et så lavt niveau. Jeg er overrasket og skuffet...

They make it impossible for you to get your trainers sorted.the keep asking for this then that .then say wrong format then when you get it put pdf then say oh that not proof of purchase. It the shopping receipt they gave me.but still nike said no. They don't want to help this is clear as they make it impossible to return

How do Nike run a multimillion dollar company when they can’t even get my app to work ..

I placed an order for Football boots with nikestore.com Australia18th March and made several attempts to receive a tracking ID but not responded to. I have just been online and chatted with a customer service rep and apparently me order was "STUCK" and could not be fulfilled as there was NO STOCK now available and they have offered me a refund. This should of been advised before taking the order and payment! VERY poor Nike Store and the lack of communication from what I was assured was a reputable site to order Nike products from is disappointing. I actually feel scammed by this website! I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for a refund, if it comes at all!

This was at the Nike factory shop Manchester Fort, and resulted in my wife and I ditching the shoes that we had intended to buy. At around 4:45pm today March 29th we were waiting in line to pay when a tall guy came down the store and switched on a terminal and asked for anyone paying by card to come to him for service. A couple in front of us in the line with two youngsters stepped across and we followed to be next in line. While we were waiting a young lady with dark hair, carrying a laptop came and TOLD us to get back in the line. We attempted to explain that the guy on the terminal has said to come across, but she said that the main checkout points could take cards. We again reiterated that we had been invited across by a member of the team and she again stated emphatically that we HAD to get back in the main line (which by now we had already lost our place in). Due to her attitude, and the way that we (a relatively elderly couple) were spoke to, I put the boxes of shoes I was holding and in her hands and made it very clear that we would not be buying them - to which she responded "thank you - have a good afternoon" in what I can at best say was a sarcastic throwaway. That will be the last visit I make to that store - BTW - we bought at the adjacent Clark's store where we received exceptionally professional service.

This experience is an uproar of brand new items that the world just can’t wait to wear. It’s literally bringing to shop online for Nike products that I haven’t seen in store.

Compré unas zapatillas de tenis ( Nike Gp Challenge Pro) por la web de El Corte Inglés. Las zapatillas tienen un claro defecto de fabricación que hizo q se empezaran a romper en apenas dos meses, quedando inservibles en menos de 4 meses. Escribí a Nike y, después de pedirme factura, datos, fotos y más, de repente dejaron de responder a los mails y ya está. El Corte Inglés tampoco se hace cargo. Ya son varias las zapatillas Nike que tienen una calidad pésima. Nunca más compro Nike.

Últimamente la atención por chat es horrible! No resuelven nada y tienes que pelearte con un chat bot 🤖

Un desastre. Intenté comprar el 18/02/25 unas zapatillas en nike.com y pagar con Paypal (opción habilitada en sui web, con opción a pagar en 3 plazos). La página se queda colgada al hacer el pago y tras mucho rato esperando, y viendo que no recibo el mail de confirmación de compra, vuelvo a la cesta e intento repetir la compra. De nuevo lo mismo. Página colgada. Accedo a paypal y me han retenido 24 euros (x2) de los dos intentos de operación de compra fallida, correspondientes al primer plazo de sendas compras que no se han llegado a materializar. Llamo por teléfono (el chat es un bot tonto, porque siempre responde "no entiendo") y la chica que me atiende me dice que es que no se puede pagar con Paypal. ¿Por qué entonces ofrecen este método de pago? MISTERIOS!!! Total, que al final compro las zapatillas y las pago íntegramente con mi tarjeta de crédito. Llegan al día siguiente y no me gustan. Parecen de poca calidad. Inicio el proceso de devolución; elijo punto celeritas (que busco a través de la web de Nike) y, oh sorpresa, al llevar el paquete a tal punto me dicen que ellos reciben pedidos pero no aceptan devoluciones. Total, que llamo de nuevo a Nike y no me dan soluciones. Tendré que ir de punto Celeritas en punto Celeritas hasta encontrar uno que acepte devoluciones. Así que ni he logrado devolver el pedido ni he recuperado aún los 48 euros (24x2) que me retiene paypal por los intentos de pago fallidos en nike.com. UNA PENA QUE UNA COMPAÑÍA ASÍ FUNCIONE TAN TAN TAN MAL!

I was sent the wrong item, I was told to return the item for a refund as the item was no longer in stock. Sent this back and I still have not received a refund although timeframe has passed. Annoyingly the item was for a gift which I made clear to customer service team. Customer service extremely unhelpful. Now having to take this further with my bank. Vile company.

I been a Nike member for 9 yrs and since 2023 my online purchase has been arriving in poor condition due to receiving used and dirty sneakers. I contacted customer service and had shared photos. I stopped purchasing Nike due to the ongoing issues from 2023 to 2024. As 2025 I decided to give it a go and the outcome has not changed. I purchased a pair of all black Nike zoom Vomero 5 for $160 dollars and they arrived completely used and dirty. I reported the issue on 01/09/25 I was told by customer service that a Nike Manager would reach out me but she or he never did. I will no longer be shopping with Nike again as they don’t care for loyal customers like me.

EL LUNES 23/12/2024 FUI A LA TIENDA DE NIKE DE GRAN VÍA PARA COMPRAR UNA SUDADERA, AL NO TENERLA EN LA TALLA QUE NECESITABA, NI EN NINGUNA TIENDA EN MADRID, ME TRAMITARON EL PEDIDO PARA QUE ME LA ENVIARAN DESDE EL ALMACÉN A MÍ DOMICILIO. EL SÁBADO 28/12, ME LLEGO UN MENSAJE DE LA AGENCIA DE TRANSPORTES (PAACK), INDICANDO QUE ME LLEGARÍAN ENTRE LAS 09:00 Y LAS 22:00 HORAS DEL DÍA 28/12. ESTUVE TODO EL DÍA EN CASA , Y A LAS 19:00 ME LLEGO UN MENSAJE INDICANDO QUE NO HABÍAN PODIDO HACER LA ENTREGA PORQUE LA DIRECCIÓN ESTABA INCORRECTA. SOBRE LAS 20:00 DEL MISMO DÍA 28, ME LLEGA OTRO MENSAJE YA CONFIRMANDO QUE EL PAQUETE SE ME HA ENTREGADO. CONFIRMO A LA AGENCIA QUE A MÍ NO SE ME HA ENTREGADO. EN LA AGENCIA SOLO HAN INDICADO QUE ABRIRAN UNA INVESTIGACIÓN PARA VER QUE HA PODIDO PASAR, PERO NADA MÁS.AL DÍA SIGUEINTE VOY A NIKE DE GRAN VÍA Y ME DICEN QUE ELLOS NO PUEDEN HACER NADA Y QUE TENGO QUE LLAMAR A ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE YO DIRECTAMENTE POR EL TEMA DE LA PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS. A ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE LLAMO EL LUNES 30 Y ME DICEN QUE_ABRIRÁN UNA INVESTIGACIÓN, LES PIDO QUE LO ÚNICO QUE QUIERO ES QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO, QUE NO QUIERO QUE ME VUELVAN A ENVIAR LA SUDADERA. HOY 31/12, ME DICEN QUE ME REEMBOLSARÁN EL DINERO EN EL DÍA, PERO COMO YA ME SUPONÍA, NI ME HAN ESCRITO NI ME HAN HECHO EL REEMBOLSO. LA INDEFENSIÓN ES BRUTAL, HE PAGADO ALGO QUE NO TENGO NI ESPERO, Y NIKE NO HACE NADA. ES MÁS, CUANDO COMPROBÉ LOS COMENTARIOS DE DICHA AGENCIA, ERAN PARA ECHARSE A TEMBLAR, Y LO MÁS INDIGNATE ES QUE NIKE SIGUE TRABAJANDO CON ELLOS, LO QUE SE RESUME EN QUE LES DA EXACTAMENTE IGUAL EL CONSUMIDOR..... EVIDENTEMENTE, ESTO NO ACABA AQUÍ, VOY A RECLAMAR MI DINERO HASTA QUE ME LO DEVUELVAN. Y POR SUPUESTO QUE DUDA CABE, QUE UN CLIENTE MENOS, AUNQUE ESO, SOY CONSCIENTE, QUE LES DA COMPLETAMENTE IGUAL.

I ordered a lot of clothing from them this Holiday season and I got everything in record time. The only thing that took a bit longer was a gift card which was sent thru usps who has been the slowest. All orders have been accurate and packaged well. I started shopping with them this year on 12/9 and my last order was 12/16. They haven't caused me any stress as opposed to other retailers who act like the Holidays are a surprise.
