I had emailed Night Vision Guys at the beginning of the month for stock availability for some units since I had planned on making a big order, they had replied quickly, then I dropped the ball and thought I sent a reply email back...which I hadn't. I emailed them just a few days ago, apologizing and asking again for assistance. Within a few short hours I was taken care of, order placed and paid for even with nearly a month of time between emails! Very few companies have this level of customer service, and I can honestly say that I will happily be ordering from them on the future!

There should be better way of giving shipping ideas . At least an estimate on days to receive .

I ordered PVS7-P,I am delighted with the product, I have been testing it in my apartment and urban environment . It works as advertised!! The only I suggestion is to enlarged the holes for the neck strap. Mine didn't fit.

The only issue I have Is the delivery time. I was told it would come Wednesday after being sent Tuesday. That was super wishful thinking on the person that wrote it. It arrived Friday which was acceptable. To have an accurate time when it was suppose to get here would of been nice. Since I need to have some one at my place to accept the package.

I quickly identified the Contact phone number. Within a minute, I was speaking to a customer representative who answered my questions and handled the sales transaction over the phone. Friendly. Professional. Appreciated. Looking forward to the end of the week when the item is delivered!

I ordered a NightVisionGuys PVS-14 Gen 3+ Monocular with filmless L3 Harris Tubes. The price was unbeatable. They offered 20% off with additional perks and a free rose for Mother's Day. They offer flexible payment solutions, and they shipped immediately. It arrived a day early, and let me tell you, the quality is amazing. It has almost that same "hyper real" feeling of high quality scope glass. I have had a blast testing it out in different environments so far, and I can't wait to use this in conjunction with my thermal to do some coyote hunting as soon as I can.

Ordered a hog light in December of 2021 and have not received product and customer service will not answer emails or phone calls. Paid with affirm and they either have number for refund. Product paid in full.

I am an army combat veteran and I came across this company from a fellow veteran I’ve served with. The company is so amazing for the great gear and great customer services. From start to finish they help you out with any issue that arrives. I can’t say this enough. They truly care for there customers and are willing to help with any questions and or issues. Definitely gonna buy more nvg’s from this company.

Felix didn't answer my phone call, because they were closed at the time (east coast to west coast time difference) HE TEXTED ME IMMEDIATELY!!! price matched for me and called me up to process the transaction... If that isn't customer service I don't know what is. This all happened today. I think he even upgraded my shipping to 3rd day. I mean, if everything comes in good I'll be ordering all my stuff from Felix at Nightvisionguys! Thank you!!!

Excellent product and a great price but they're a little weak on communicating with customers.

Just ordered from them the second time. If need be there will be a third. Awesome company!
