Leaving a review about Night Vision Guys on behalf of their excellent customer service. As a relative novice to both the world of NV and thermal, I can confidently say that they will steer you right. In particular Felix, whom I've had much communication with. Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help.

In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase. No blems or issues noted after running it a few hours.

In general all I can say is that I'm exceedingly impressed with the service and devices Night Vision Guys offer.

Best Service, Best Selection. The nvg market is competitive and they really do set them selves apart from the rest. I just received my nvgs in the mail today. Right after they upgraded my shipping from standard shipping to next day air. For no reason other than to put a huge smile on my face. And let me tell you it worked. Absolutely fantastic customer service, answered all my questions quickly and respectfully and taught me a lot.
And you can not beat the quality for the price, the military spec 3rd Gen NVG I bought from them would have been thousands more anywhere else and thus this was the only place I could afford them.

I recently purchased a thermal scope from NVG and received the best service from them. My questions/concerns were answered very quickly (within minutes of sending an email). Felix was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured out my issue. Thank you Felix and the NVG Team for helping me out. Definitely will be back.

I placed an order on February 21st through AFFIRM and Nightvision guys sent it 2nd day after AFFIRM approved the purchase without me requesting that. When or if I purchase another Nightvision or Thermal scope it'll be from them.

These guys are always quick to respond with questions and support. 100% recommend for anything in optics!

I made a mistake and double ordered a very expensive thermal scope. Emailed the company and within minutes they responded and credited the duplicate purchase. No fuss and no delays. They even upgraded my shipping on the first scope just to be nice. Thank you, NV Guys.

This was my first time dealing with night vision guys and I've read a lot of bad reviews. With that being said, I took a chance and I am amazed at the result. Great customer care. Took the time to call me and address any concerns I might have and was prompt about getting my AGM adder scope shipped out. I will be back to spend even more money A+++

I have worked with Felix Temper for at least 12 years now and he has never let me down and never lead me a stray. Great knowledge, good quality and a good guarantee, How could you go wrong. I feel that I'm finally getting my moneys worth. It's like a new adventure every time with each product. I had a great buying experience with NVG. Customer service responded quickly and professionally to every email i have sent them thus far. My order shipped out very quickly and the special package price couldn't be beat. I will certainly consider them for my next thermal or night vision purchase.

The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the hoodie that came free in the package deal actually fit me (its about two of me too big).

I had a very positive experience with the team, they called me back, texted me and emailed me very quickly, answered all my questions, and even upgraded my shipping for free. The specs on the pvs14 I got were amazing. Highly recommend them, great experience

I asked and offered to pay for upgraded shipping out of excitement for my night vision device. They upgraded it for free, I also suspect they may have sent me a very nice j-arm that outclasses the included one x100!! Even though I'm pretty sure I had accidentally ordered the wrong type, I think they may have made the correction for me and if they did I really appreciate that. It's a company that pays attention to every order, and cares about how it conducts business. While night vision is admittedly very pricey, I will always bring my business to nightvisionguys.com. They go above and beyond, and you really do not see companies treat their customers with that kind of respect and dignity.

TL:DR 10/10 Great people, great products, phenomenal customer service, truly a company that puts in the effort at every level, all the way to the very top of leadership, to communicate with their customers and make every order a promise.
