Can't review the item because the seller never shipped it. Or if he did - he was unwilling to go 5 minutes to the local small town post office and have them find it. (I live an hour from there so I know his location.) Took 5 days after I ordered it to create a label, then tracking said "acceptance pending" for another 8 days. Contacted seller 9 days after order - he responded that "he'd put a trace on it". Nothing after. I contacted him again 11 days after order and never got a reply. 13 days after order eBay refunded me. IDK what kind of operation he's running - but do yourself a favor and don't order from him if you want your product....

Don’t ever order from this company, it takes them a week before they will even process your order, then it takes another couple of days until they ship your items. Don’t bother trying to contact their customer service neither because they won’t answer the phone and don’t respond to emails or messages.

Ordered my product Dec 10 for a very important Christmas gift. There were a dozen other places I could have gotten this item but I saved 20 bucks buying at Night Galaxy. They guaranteed it would be here for Christmas. Took days to process and ship. Then they shipped it by snail mail. It's Christmas and nothing yet. Thanks for blowing my Christmasgift Night Galaxy! Terrible communication, lied about delivery date. Never buy here again!!!!! BEWARE

I ordered a magazine for my rifle and they took out payment immediately. After not getting a tracking number or any update, almost three weeks, I emailed them asking about it and got nothing. Finally I sent probably 50 emails called without any response. This place is a joke with the worst customer service. Do not order from them.

Worst experience since buing over 100 knives online. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
Placed my order on Jan 30 and since it wasn't showing in my account I had to contact their support for confirmation, they have some russian named employees Anastasia, Natalia which is already doubtful, got back to me after several days confirming they received my order and will update with tracking info.
After 1 week nothing happened and I reached out again, I was told they'll ship my order in 3 days.
15 days passed total and I still haven't received any other reply or tracking info. My money have returned on my balance but I never was so pissed because it was a gift and other place which had this knife sold out so I missed the deal.
I doubt they have any items in stock and even if they ship you anything it comes from elsewhere.
Was recommended this site by a buddy who has successfully got some knives from them but also had to go through some difficulties long waiting for replies, long processing time, totally unprofessional.
I still don't recommended dealing with them even if you see a good deal.
Their social activity looks fake, with lots of followers and 0 interactions.
Update: after 15 days funds returned to my account and I purchased my knife elsewhere, couple of days pass and I receive a notification that my order will be shipped soon, I didn't pay attention to it because I thought they will figure out that money were returned and won't ship BUT they charged the card again and shipped the order. I have received my Benchmade, it was authentic, new, as expected but I already got it elsewhere.
I ended up having two identical knives.
I still consider this approach unprofessional.

If I Could give them 0 stars then I would. This company does not answer any calls nor do they respond to email requests. If you have any sort of problem. Forget about trying to return a product. No communication. Terrible company. Please don't waste your money, time or energy. This company is grossly incompetent and seems to deliberately try to frustrate you so you just go away. I will never do business again.

Ordered a tripod from night galaxy paid for the item on the 13/Jan item was not posted till the 29/Jan when I phoned and them and spoke to a person named Alex she was few short with me on the phone then hung up on me, item that I bought was not wrapped at all just a label slapped on it wish I had of known about their pitiful service beforehand as I would have bought elsewhere postage rates were over the top for priority which didn't turn up anywhere near to due by date bloody useless company

Wish I would have read reviews first. These guys will confirm your order and take your money. Then send an email sometime later stating that there was a mistake and they are out of stock but that it's ok because they didn't charge your card(Lie). Save yourself the wasted time and energy of having to get your money back from them.

I was hoping to leave a good review for this supplier but l have been left totally deflated, upset and out of pocket. Why would someone be so horrible, cheating, unscrupulous, amoral, unethical, dishonourable, perfidious ....?

I purchased a holster from this company through Walmart. When I received the package the the box the holster was in had been opened. Looked like it must have been a return. The company said I have to back through Walmart to work out the issue. Don't buy anything from these people. You don't know what you will get

I can tell you that I have been in business since 1958 and if I treated customers like this half a-- company I would have been gone in 60 days. This is not really a business it is some lazy joke that sells on Ebay and Amazon out of his garage and does not stock anything but when you order and pay for it he orders from a 3rd party and when he gets it he sends it on to you. Ebay and Amazon both dont give a hoot about the buyer anymore because they are not the ones paying the bill and they get theirs anyway. I would not buy anything ever again from this drunk which if you ever talk to him you can verify that yourself.

Item was never delivered, however according to my Amazon order details it indicated that the item was delivered (no tracking details provided). It was only when I requested tracking details and was provided with same that I discovered that the item had been returned to sender. No acknowledgement of this return or refund issued. Eventually after a number of emails directly to NightGalaxy and via Amazon I did receive a refund. This company are either grossly incompetent or deliberately trying to rip people off.

Ordered a shoulder holster and it took longer than usual to receive it by USPS. Opened the mailing package and found a very disorganized package inside. It looked like it was opened before sending it out. It was missing a part to the holster that made it unusable to me. Had to call the Holster's manufacturer to get the missing part (they were great).

Placed an order with NightGalaxy with EBay. Night Galaxy quickly generated a shipping label so they could be paid by PayPal. Nothing happened after that - the delivery provider never received the package for shipment & repeated queries have gone unanswered. I am starting to wonder if this is not an intentional practice for Night Galaxy. I would urge people to NOT use this company until they can establish a long term track record of quality and timely service - which is saying USE EXTREME CAUTION they have shown me they are NOT DEPENDABLE.

10 days...no response, no emails, no returned calls. The only thing they did quickly was take my money. Still haven't seen my order.

Product size was way off. Medium width was wide enough for an elephant. 10% restocking fee is ridiculous in today's e-commerce environment on top of being responsible for return shipping. I just donated these inferior boots and am sorry I ever strayed away from Zappo's.com.

I placed my order with Night Galaxy because they had the item I want listed at pretty much the same price as everywhere else, but they had free shipping. The next day I get a call saying that the listing price was incorrect and it was actually $10 more than what it said online (item went from $39.99 to $49.99). They asked if I wanted to go through with the order and they would charge my card $10 more or if I wanted to cancel my order. I chose to cancel, because I do not want to support a business that will not honor the prices listed. I will NEVER buy from this site again.

After 6 working business days from ordering 2 small items from these bums - NIGHTGALAXY.COM I have yet to recieve any part of this order. BUYER BEWARE!

Customer Service is less than acceptable. I ordered a flashlight that came with 9 batteries ($45 value). I placed order on Dec26, 2009. Three emails later I asked to cancel order, when they replied: we are sending it out now. Priority mail should take 7-10 days. After 14 days it still wasn't there. More emails, now with a tracking number. It showed the item was shipped Jan15 2010. Item finally arrived Jan27,2010, without the 9 batteries, as ordered. Nighgalaxy blames it on USPS, which it clearly isn't, and doesn't want to deal with my complaint. I will never order form this company again.
