Fantastic company
I ordered a necklace for my mums 80th birthday. Unfortunately when it arrived she thought the pendant was a bit too small for her.
I emailed Niche jewellery to explain I would be sending it back and had a lovely response from Rob.
I sent the item back and received a refund straight away.
What a refreshing change dealing with such a wonderful company, it’s totally restored my faith. I won’t hesitate to order from them again Thank you so much Niche Jewellery 5 stars isn’t enough 😊

Thank you for your review and for shopping with us. We're so glad you found the ordering process easy and appreciated the updates on dispatch and delivery. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, gift packaging is available free of charge but needs to be selected at checkout or on the product page rather than added automatically. Outstanding customer service!
Outstanding customer service!
I ordered a pair of earrings that I’d admired on a friend. They were delivered within two days.
Unfortunately when I put them on, they were far heavier than I expected and pulled my earlobes down so I had to return them 😔
The company offers a full refund or an exchange (which is unusual for earrings.)
I decided to exchange them for a different pair and the company were very prompt in organising this for me.
I highly recommend Niche and will definitely be buying from them again
