The recruitment process and the training program was very fantastic.It was really an eye opener to me from the training that I had previously done where I was working as support worker. Would like to give thumps up to recruiting personnel Fiona for a well experience and make the process easier to me.Lastly but not least thanks to the trainers too ,not forgetting all the recruiting personnel.

My experience with NHSP has been great over the years. I started working in domestic and have now moved on to non clinical roles, and the journey has been really positive. I’ve had some really good placements with the help of Elle and Jenna, who have both been very supportive with the process of starting new roles. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend NHSP to others looking for flexible work and good support.

It’s a been a smooth journey signing up with NHSP. Once I was successful in getting a role, the actual time to get all the checks done, took a little while. Lauren was super helpful guiding through the process.

From the initial contact with NHSP in early December 2025, the onboarding and ID verification processes were completed within a few days and successful DBS checks in under two weeks. All this was completed before the Christmas holidays! I started my temporary role in January 2026 at Wirral UTH NHS Trust. Throughout my employment, Debby Davies (Principal Recruitment Consultant - Non-Clinical Team at NHSP), in particular, has been excellent, keeping in regular contact with me regarding my role and has ensured that I was paid correctly, and on time, for completed shifts.
I am impressed with NHSP as an organisation and the dedication of its employees with whom I have been in contact.

What can I say Fiona has been an absolute legend, when I have asked for help and support she was there, if I wasn’t ever sure of anything at all I just sent a quick email and she was there.
