I first started my application in Feb this year. It has proved to be a very complicated drawn out process. Thankfully, I have spoken with Jo Lee recently, who took hold of things and helped me complete the process at last. She was very helpful getting me through the last part of the application, also she has ordered my uniforms and ID badge.

I do really appreciate all the NHSP team. Thanks to Sarah Quinn for supporting me throughout the process with good communication, guidance, support in all progress, she’s always ready to answer to my questions, and always there to respond to email and calls very quickly. Thank you so much Sarah Quinn from the beginning to the stage of starting? Now I am waiting for the starting date to join this fantastic team and family, Looking forward to meet other members of team.

Just successful completed my interview with the NHS and I’d like to say Sade Ogunnaike was wonderful through out the process. I really appreciate her patience and thoughtfulness. Also taking her time to explain the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience for me as it was my first time applying.

My experience during the start of the process of the interview and the start of my application was very professional and timely. Beth in charge of Walton centre in Liverpool was very helpful, friendly and approach of engagement will leave you with no option than to pursue the application to a positive outcome . Stay far away from this company.
I applied for a job with them and was told to submit all my personal documents passport, addressed letters and bills and that it would be passed on and submitted. I completed the application online and was then told by a Vasim Shaik once processed i could start picking up shifts.
Well a week went by and i had no update so i phoned 01440400059 to speak to Mr Vasim Shaik and was told he would get back to me. He never did. I emailed him, and still no response.So i rang another department phone number and was told my application had been withdrawn. No explaination no notification as to why from Mr Vasim Shaik, after i submitted all my personal information he asked me for.
Complete waste of time and whats worse i submitted personal documents for no reason, since there was no job at the end of it dispite him offereing me the position and confirming i had been accepted. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Total lack of communication. Applied with them mid April 2024, sent numerous emails which all have reference numbers, but when you try to communicate with them there is no response. Contacted them twice by telephone each time I had to wait 20-30 minutes to be put through, then when I did speak to someone all they did was message the relevant department arranged a convenient day for them to contact me and then I was never contacted on that day. I have even put a complaint through around a week ago now and have still heard nothing. Absolutely appalling service, no wonder the NHS is struggling for staff when you have agencies like this looking after the bank work. Thankfully I have managed to secure a permanent position within the NHS, but it caused a lot of stress and uncertainty up until this point.

This has been the most straightforward, fast, detailed and articulate experience ever... thanks to Hannah Richard she is such a very wonderful recruiter she made the process so easy especially with the way she replies to email promptly.... Thanks for such articulate procedure....

I really appreciate Claire Barrett for her help through email and calls. She really make the interview more relaxed and ensured me she is always there to assist.
