Laptop's battery was swelling up like a pillow, went immediately online to look for replacements but they were hard to come by (Teclast F15 Plus 2).

Where even the original manufacturer refuses to deliver a replacement battey pack, here I got it! A big thank you for this, otherwise I would have been forced to throw away a quite good Laptop. Not only that you were able to deliver, the delivery was fast and smooth. I had to reasemble the new cells with the frame of the old one, but this was in the end no problem, and the Laptop has a much better Battery lifetime than ever before. Cudos for this shop, I would recommend anytime.

I ordered the wrong charger.
It's impossible to return it and get the other model, which is the same price. I was told that wasn't possible. Many other sites allow it.

This is appalling behavior from New Laptop Accessory. I strongly advise against using them. Avoid them at all costs!

I ordered a new battery for my laptop as the official manufacturer was out of stock. This battery comes in 2 capacities, I ordered the bigger one on this website and when it was delivered, I realized I received the smaller one. I didn't open it and immediately emailed their support.

They answered quickly, were helpful and suggested me if it was ok with me to test the one I received and, if it works correctly, to get refunded part of the price, which they quickly did after confirmation.

While a bit frustrating at the beginning, good experience overall and I can say it is safe to order here
