I spoke to a number of suppliers, Ben was by far the most responsive and up to date with the latest Co2 offering from Panasonic. His quote provided a number of options that gave me control over the final price depending on what I selected.
Installation was sensational and Ben's advice about an existing issue resolved the water hammer/knocking problem that'd been bothering us, great experience from start to finish - thanks again Ben!

Helpful with the quote, and advising on how to go about applying for the rebate, and removal of gas meter. Site installation plumber and electricans all a cut above regular tradies (42 year construction veteran myself, I've dealt with them all!)

Extremely easy and helpful process. Removal of old gas water heater (which was leaking) and installation of New Gen. Perhaps half an hour of water and electricity off and all was done, quietly, efficiently and safely. I had used New Gen in my previous property and was keen to have the same installation in my new house.

Everyone at Newgen are so professional easy to get along with, all questions answered before and after installation, clean up was well done and looks great, it works fantastically.

We recently had NewGen install a Hydrotherm heat pump hot water service. The whole process and installation was first class and very efficient. Highly recommend Ben and his team.

After several weeks investigating new hot water systems, I came across the Sanden Heat Pump. All the information I have read on this system with regard to efficiency and the quality of the product was very positive. After speaking with Ben at Newgen about the installation process, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The installation was very professional, and it only took approx 4 hours. The unit is extremely quiet and is set to run around 11:00am when our solar is generating maximum power effectively making the hot water free. I would highly recommend NewGen and the Sanden Heat Pump.

The installers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and all worked together very well. Great team work right from the start to the finish including admin. The hot water was going in an hour. The installers also listened to where I wanted the fan component installed rather than making assumptions. They showed me what maintenance was required and how it all worked. The place was left tidy. NewGen recently installed a new Aquatech heat pump to replace my old electric hot water tank. They were very knowledgeable about the options and rebates available, which saved me about $1000 compared to the other quote a received to replace the electric hot water tank.

Excellent service, no problems. NewGen replaced my old hot water unit with a new heat pump system. It was done very quickly and all to plan. There were no surprises and the staff were all very punctual, professional and courteous. Quality of work is high: all the electrical and plumbing work is visibly very neat. Very happy.

Our old hot water system became kaput, and we were in need of a new system. After speaking with Ben, I received expert advice on which way I should go, as I was weighing between a Stiebel Eltron and a Sanden. Amazingly, I had the job booked in for the next day.

When his installers arrived to decommission the old system and install the new one, they were efficient: after removing the old one, they laid new crush-rock and set up new slabs, and made sure that the new unit would cover the old holes from the old system––all without me mentioning a word!

I am currently enjoying a new and efficient system, and am forever thankful.

From the outset everything ran smoothly. Ben turned up as agreed to check the site and quoted on the spot for a Sanden heat pump to replace my 27+ y.o. elec water heater.
The trades arrived as organised to install, and were very pleasant, competent and communicative. They took all rubbish and the old unit away.
Ben returned after installation to set the operation times to work with my solar panels.
I don't know why I waited so long! My power consumptive has reduced immediately from up to 45 kwh/day to around 15/17 and I cannot hear a thing from inside as it is so quiet.
I am so very happy with the service and the result.
