Advertised Japanese clothing but there is nothing Japanese about them. The clothes are made in China where the company is based. Do not trust them.

Placed an order and everything was too small. Contacted the company by email (that's the only way you can contact them). Told I would receive something from their customer service and never received anything. Emailed them again and have heard nothing. I paid for items I cannot use. This business sucks. And quite frankly their products are not as shown. Cheap!!

My question is why does it take so long to receive my order?

Their website markets cotton, embroidered shirts. They sent my wife printed polyester shirts. In addition, the shirts come with no labels or country of manufacture. These are cheap, Chinese knock-offs, not made in "Latvia."

Their reply about our complaint was not written by a native english speaker, rather an awkward translation. Their claim to have originated in "Nashville" is a scam.

You have lot of beautiful items, shopping was made easy, I don't know how much easier it can be done.

I haven't received my product yet and this is my first order, but I liked the selections, style and look of the products. I hope the quality is good.

À fuit absolument, ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs. Les photos sont très belles et vous recevez des vêtements qui n’ont rien à voir avec les photos. Impossible de retourner les articles, ni de se faire rembourser des vêtements que je ne mettrai jamais. Malgré mes tentatives pour me faire rembourser je n’ai eu que des réponses style : ayez une belle vie. En plus, ils se foutent carrément de ma gueule ….. une honte et surtout n’achetez pas

The dresses are not as nice as the pictures

cheep printed materia. Not at all like pictures shown for sale. 95% cotton 5% nylon with three dementional roses sown on, only print and not the material shown in picture.

Ease of processing my order

A shipping date would of been nice and now since it’s been many days I think it’s a scam site don’t waste your money on this company it’s seems fake and I’m still waiting for something they took from my cc over three weeks ago

i purchased three cardigans from this company advertised as knitted garments At £38 each in Jan 2026, the online picture of the garment showed a beautiful knitted cardigans with multiple 3D cats. so l brought one for my mum and daughter too. However what turned up about a month later was complete rubbish with a flat print of the cats on a poorly made hoodie type jacket. i complained and have now waited months for them to get back to me. I did a really silly thing and was ashamed that l hadn't checked the reviews prior to ordering and only checked when l had received the items. Please DO NOT fall for this, it is clearly a SCAM site. am happy to share photos if anyone is interested.

I really liked the extra discounts of 10 and 20 %.

The items are the cheapest of quality, sizes don't make sense. Items did not look anything like the pictures.
Wouldn't give me a refund so just stole £65 off me.
Horrendous company and service.
