Excellent service,paid for my Samsung galaxy note 10 network unlock code from EE network on Friday and received my unlock code 5pm Monday and it worked perfectly. Welll done Netpal.

Can't believe how great this site and the service it provides are. I paid for the unlock code service and excellent quality delivery was provided. Within 3 working days of the 1 to 5 days(excluding weekends) promise to process my order, I received the unlock code from Netpal.
I'd recommend Netpal to my friends all day long. Thanks Netpal for your service, oh, I must say also that customer care is very good via email.

As some others have commented I was a bit apprehensive about using Netpal as there are a lot of similar sites that will scam you. Needn't have worried got unlock code within 24 hours and worked like a dream. Would use again.

Was a bit nervous doing this online, especially after reading one or 2 reviews. But v happy. Got code emailed 2/3 days after I'd applied. Had bought a second hand phone which was locked. Had to find out the previous network & the IMEI number, other than that v straightforward and good value service. I can now make phone calls!

Purchased Unlock for my iPhone . After two weeks, hadn't received anything not ever a confirmation email and their phone line perm, engaged so claimed money from paypal.

Received a rude response back saying my phone was unlocked 4 days prior. demanding I close the claim.
Checked my inbox for their email (and the junk folder) nothing !
Asked them to verify where they sent the email, they refused.

They sent confirmation via Paypal, that the phone was unlocked on the server.
I'm not technically minded so not a clue.
But connected to iTunes and followed their instructions, phone still locked.
Responses Rude and unhelpful , not the customer service promised on the website.
Accused me on being a scammer and being awkward instead of helping me .
Had my money for ten days and no response and now got to wait for 10 days for Paypal to refund me ..

Said this is the only problem they have had all year but I wonder why their phone line constantly engaged if I am the only customer with a problem ???!!!!!

Don't waste your money with this company , their customer service the worst I have ever received..

It worked for me.
Purchased about 10 pm and got the codes 9 am a great job.

Dreadful experience. Paid for an unlock code for my Samsung phone. Was told about 5 days, no problem. Nearly a month went by and didn’t hear anything from the company so got in touch. Got a refund fairly quickly but no explanation as to what went on. So I wrote a review which didn’t put them in the best of light. That seemed to get their attention. They threatened to block my handset. They started sending me emails which said “go away you sad pathetic little man” and “get bent muppet”. I have never dealt with a company that acts in such a manner and I cannot believe they are still in business!
