Scam. Will steal your money if you dont pester them for 6 months
Ordered some soap in the middle of June. Then no response for a month, sent an email and got an autoreply from a "Jasmine" that said my items would be shipped within 2-4 days. Then nothing since then. Their phone is dead, no response from facebook or my numerous emails or chat questions. It is a total scam. Stay well clear of this site. I cant imagine it will be up for long, but dont be their next victim.
EDIT: They refunded me after roughly 6 months, but obviously not much to change in my review. I will say that Total Scam is no longer a fair description so I will adjust the headline

I've been asked to review your service after not receiving a tshirt I ordered as a gift 14 days ago. I have messaged customer service on social media and via email twice, yet have had no correspondence about the whereabouts of this order. Not happy at all.

I've never had to wait for an order to be shipped for over two weeks! My attempt at emailing them got me as far as a generic email a few days later saying they were experiencing delays. A few days is understandable, but what could possibly taken them longer than two weeks to dispatch something? Will never buy from them again and don't recommend.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. I made an error on my order and it was fixed within an hour of e-mailing them. I was kept up to date with my order at every stage and my goods arrived on Tuesday morning after ordering on Sunday night. Corrinne in customer service was fantastic, the products are fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate recommend them to anyone! Boom!!

Things don’t always go to plan. The test of a great retailer is how they put things right.
An item I ordered turned out to out of stock. I receive a really quick, friendly email offering alternatives and a small free gift for the trouble. Turned out I got an even better product and things were resolved quickly.
Pro-active, regular and friendly updates From Corinne throughout mean that I’ll certainly use this website again despite the hiccups

Possibly the worst company on the internet. DO NOT but from these! Start of December, I ordered some lashes, that I never got after chasing up over a month later, I was refunded and given a £10 voucher to spend online, so I again,placed an order, received no confirmation email, I made the purchase via my computer, as the 'checkout' button appeared to be a broken link on the IOS version, I emailed customer services, and i tried to connect with them on Instagram, leaving both a comment and a direct message that's been completely disregarded. This company does not care about it's customers, just profits and good reviews. AVOID!
Absolutely shocking
Having read some of the reviews on here prior to buying my item I thought I would give this site a go as they had the colour garment I was after. Having received no confirmation of purchase and being assured by Ellie at customer services that my order has gone through (which now shows up on my bank statement) that all was ok.
Nearly 5 days since my purchase I have had no confirmation or receipt of purchase and still no item. The correspondence from customer services has stopped and I have no idea if I will be receiving my item.
There are quite mixed reviews on this website through trust pilot and some of the positive ones look questionable, and is it any coincidence that the only reply from the website is to the positive reviews!!
I'm hoping I'm proved wrong but this will be the last time I use this website and will make sure others dont make the same mistake.

This is a major bummer
This is a major bummer. Placed my order when I did so I can use what I wanted by a certain date. There has been barely any communication. When i ask for the shipping info they just send me a tracking number saying that a label was created but USPS has not received any package to ship out. It’s been almost a week with the label created but no actual package. I can understand a new business getting things going can probably have ALOT of hiccups but communication is KEY! At this point I still wouldn’t even mind letting this transaction play out and wait for what I ordered If there was proper shipping and communication.

Impeccable customer Service
Had a bad experience as I needed my ordered items in a certain time frame, but the customer service has been impeccable, in regards to amending the issue and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs as a customer have been met, and the error rectified. 💙
Order not received, messages being ignored, possible scam
I haven't still received the item I ordered, but worse is that the customer service is non-existent. As soon as I'd actually placed the order, the online customer service advisor (who was great at replying before I'd made the purchase) stopped replying to my messages, and hasn't given me any update for 3 weeks. There is no way of contacting them by telephone either. The product was a joint birthday-Christmas present for my sister and I'm gutted that she still hasn't received it.

Appalling customer service
I did receive the item I ordered but it was the wrong size so I started the returns process via their website and was told the returns process would be complete within 2 days. However, more than a week later and many emails, messages via live chat and Instagram I am still waiting for a response and for my return to be approved. All I've had is an automated email and a message from Ellie saying there are only two people working in customer services. All I want is to return the item and receive my refund. I would not recommend using this company.
