Really pleased with the quality. I was concerned the price would be reflected in the quality, pleasantly surprised. Easy to put together, nice and smooth to use.

I was very pleased with the service. Sadly there was a small fault on the original delivery but It was handled superbly and a replacement was with me very quickly. The table is great and improved my kitchen enormously

Customer services replied very quickly when i asked to change the colour of an item and nothing was too much trouble. They even avoided delivering on a certain day because I had a dental appointment. Well done and thank you.

We purchased 2 Langsley acrylic bar stools and when delivered were very happy with the stools. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing problem with one of the stools. One of the fixing nuts was faulty and there was some imperfections in the seat. However the after sales service from Zed and the suppliers was superb. Zed was even responding to emails in the evening out of hours. A new seat and fixing pack was delivered the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again.

Great website, easy to use, great customer service and received my garden chair and poser table in the agreed specified time with free delivery.

Will be certaintly returning to net furniture for future purchases and recomending my friends.

Notification of when the stools were going to be delivered would've been helpful! It was very quick after purchase but fortunate we were in to take delivery!

Very good price for a very attractive dining table. Delivered ahead of schedule.

I ordered four bar stools. They're lovely!
However when unpacking we found some seats had been slightly damaged in transit.

On contacting the company they acted immediately to replace the damaged seats.

We were very impressed by the swift response from the company and so pleased with the replacements.

Overall, satisfied customers.

Excellent product. Quck delivery

The stool I purchased from here was great, arrived on time and as expected. I had been looking for this item for quite a while and originally saw it on Amazon, Amazon were not very reliable with their stock so I looked up the company they claimed the product was from. Netfurniture had the product in stock, significantly cheaper, especially with their 10% off offer on at the time! I couldnt quite tell which colour on the photos was which colour in the drop down choice menu so I contacted netfurniture to find out. I didnt get through to anyone on the phone number but they had a quick messenger available on the web site so I used that and got a prompt response which helped me to decide. If they could tie the colour options and the photos together or put a description on the photos to say which is which it would make this easier to use. Netfurniture were very keen to make sure I was happy, even though I didnt leave a message when I rang, they made sure to call me back. Unfortunately I wasnt around when they called, and the multiple calls until they spoke to a family member had me thinking there was a problem with the order! Fortunately no problems, cannot fault the enthusiasm of the staff, and very happy with my purchase. I would use netfurniture again and will recommend.

The Chairs were delivered the very next day!
The chairs are lovely and although I wasn't able to order my first choice of colour the second choice (Seaside Blue) was perfect. I have tested one in the garden already and they are very comfortable and easily folded down for storage.

just like to start with i was promised a call back , didnt get one. also i asked for email; didnt get one ether, i did in the end get a invoice but they didnt take the money for ages after. I had to ring and chase them . i would say the table is great ,but wasnt inpressed with the way it came on a pallet with very little padding

Whilst the item was not quite what we wanted , the owner was very flexible and allowed us to purchase the legs and return the table top.
Refund was prompt.

Very happy with the furniture that WASN'T FLAT PACK! Took a while for delivery, but the quality made up for that.
