Quick delivery, good packaging

Really pleased with details of how orders progressing and level of support given when trying to diagnose a faulty component (CPU brought from elsewhere) but could of been Motherboard I purchased

Was looking to purchase a motherboard, NeoComputers where the cheapest on PCPartPicker, reviews for them seemed positive, and they take credit cards, so I figured I would give them a go.

I purchased a motherboard, it arrived quickly. However, the board was bent on 1 corner (most likely a manufacturing defect).

I contacted their support, and they agreed a return, they couldn't replace it quick enough (for me) as I had a build to complete, so they agreed to refund me instead.

Minimal hassle with the return, and they were polite and professional.

I would use again, even if the first order didn't quite go to plan.

I had a minor issue placing the order but they were very helpful and the goods came quicker than expected.

Yes, for a lot of products - they have low prices, but they also have a low regard for the items. What I mean by this, is that they will ship you your items with insufficient packaging protection so your stuff gets very much so damaged in the post, and they will also then refuse to give you a no questions asked return and refund (which as a British citizen is your LEGAL RIGHT due to the distance selling laws) and instead will say that they will “test the item” themselves to “make sure the item is faulty as described”, which could mean for others with the same issue that they won’t refund you.

Please do not buy from here, unless you want to save 10 pounds on a product and don’t care about how your product that you’re buying gets to you, or the customer service for where you bought your item from.

Came the next day, despite me ordering at half 3 on a random Thursday, packaging was good, didn't tell me it was on the way but it was a pleasant surprise

I did have some questions during a purchase and shipping, and they replied to my messages within minutes. 100% recommended.
My bank (Starling) did flag them as scam though and I had to use another card, but that's hardly their problem.

Exerlent warhammer kits, warhammer models and paints at a discounted price. Very helpful and friendly staff that are eager to help.

Ordered a PSU at a great price and got it the next day! Ended up going for a bigger one and returning it was very easy! I had to pay for the return which is fine and I got my money back a day after they received the parcel!

Products arrived promptly - no damage, good packaging

I recently purchased several components from Neocomputers for a new build PC having found them offering the best price. I'm really glad I did, because unfortunately the motherboard and CPU suffered a failure mid-use after only a couple of days and I had to send them back.

The support team at Neocomputers left me hugely impressed with their quick, clear updates on testing the parts and getting replacements out to me promptly. Despite a bit of bad luck with the original parts, things are now back up and running in only a few days and I would 100% use and recommend Neocomputers again in future.

Item was delivered very quickly. Good price as well.
