Neo Walk Anmeldelser

Any little problems that arise are quickly dealt with. I've always been very happy with the service I received. But most importantly I love my stick collection.

Beautiful! These are such high quality products. Everything is made with care and attention to detail. Receiving either canes or accessories is always so exciting 😃

I call these sticks my happy sticks because they make me so happy when I look at them, they are wonderfully comfortable to use and I get so many compliments from people when I’m out. I love them so much, there’s only one thing else I could say - can you please do a lime green twisty version, as that’s my favourite colour 😊

Very helpful and very quick service.
I'd forgotten to say a colour on an item , so they emailed back direct to check , brilliant.

Its my 3rd time ive ordered and always had a lovely experience

Thank you so much for this stunning statement stick it makes me feel more myself. I thought people where staring at me using a mobility aid for the wrong reasons now I feel it’s for the right reasons

One thing I really would advise though is to definitely make sure you have thought through the size of your stick! Measuring in correct shoes and keeping in mind if you wear flat platform shoes if you measure to small then due to the refund policies there is not much you can do about it so before you make your purchase on impulse make sure you have kept this in mind that your stick is perfect for you before buying evrey inch and half a inch makes a difference

The website could definitely give clearer information on ferrule colours and in the building process (pictures of the colours) as the names don’t give you enough information

The website can also be slightly glitchy

But it’s all totally worth the effort when you receive your stick in the end

Very prompt. Much quicker than I expected.

Great service, quick delivery and gorgeous walking sticks that are guaranteed to get compliments.

Excellent customer even with being an international customer! I LOVE my light up cane, has given me back some autonomy, and I get to walk around like a Jedi!

Quick delivery and great product and price

I adore Neo Walk. I live my stick! This is my 4th one and they always deliver a high quality product.
I receive positive comments every time I venture out with all my sticks.

Fabulous cane at a great price and with an Easter discount! Friendly efficient service as always.

It was fast efficient, easy to navigate the site, and it got her much faster than I expected.
The cane feels good quality, not heavy just nice and comfortable.

Love it. This is my 5th stick from Neo Walk. This one (Watermelon Rave) is definitely my loudest one yet, but it's a bit of fun. Made & dispatched really quickly as always. Who says disability has to be boring?! I get so many questions & compliments on my sticks I think I should become a brand ambassador! Stylish & I feel secure when using them. Thanks 🙏

Ordering my stick was the easiest and best decision I've made in a while! To order the web site is really easy to navigate. There are so many combinations on the "build your stick" option its garden to choose! My stick arrived so quickly. I love using my stick and its given a sense if confidence. Would absolutely recommend these sticks to anyone who needs one for what ever reason.

I followed the measurements and theyre too small causing me to lean and extra pain. However they have kindly offered to replace.

Absolutely brilliant experience live the website it’s easy to navigate and clear pricing
