Sadly, I was influenced to buy multiple Neima Row pieces which all turned out to be complete and utter trash. The quality is poor and all of it feels like cheap tat, some even damaged upon arrival. The service, well it’s not the best but not the worst, I think there’s only one person dealing with all enquiries - just be prepared to wait if you need to get in touch. Nice designs but would not recommend and will not be purchasing again. Absolutely not worth the prices they charge, spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered two earrings in June and I still haven’t received my package. I’ve reached out on email, instagram and facebook but no reply. Don’t order from them!!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this brand to anyone as the quality is just terrible. Please read before buying. At first glance, jewellery looks great, stylish and seems affordable given all the hype around the brand from influencers but it is the opposite. I wish I would have read how many low star reviews on this brand before purchasing. The Yasmin earrings are trash if I’m honest. So many people I have spoken to have complained about the earring post bending and breaking off. Same thing happened to me and no replacement or refund, I have worn these earring 4 times…just a testament to how bad the quality is. Likewise with their Chloe earrings. My emails have just been ignored by Chelsey who is the customer service admin, so I guess I will have to just take the loss on this. I have earrings from pretty little thing that have cost me £5 and I’m still wearing after 2 years with no issues. I am so disappointed with neimarow. I have also had a look through neimarow followers on instagram (not yet hidden) and looks like a lot of purchased fake accounts to boost numbers… I would rather spend a little extra on way better brands like HeavenMayhem. This is just my honest review of the brand, I hope they do seriously improve their standards and quality but I will not be purchasing from them again.

If you are charging £40 for earrings the backs should be good quality, these are loose/fall off/scratchy/get stuck :(

I’ve ordered from Neimarow multiple times, and although my latest order had issues, Chelsey’s customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful and resolved the delivery problems efficiently. The jewelry is not only beautiful but also of excellent quality. I’ll definitely keep shopping with Neimarow.

OBSESSED with this brand. I purchase the first release over a year ago and my pieces are still going strong. No tarnishing whatsoever, the quality is great. The pieces feel sturdy, yet not heavy or uncomfortable on the ears. My first order I was initially sent the same earrings twice instead of the pair I wanted. The CS team instantly put it right and sent me the pair I needed and let me keep the extra piece they sent, which was so kind. I gave this away as a gift :)

Really happy with my pieces and think the quality is great for the price.

I also had an issue with the delivery being slightly delayed but I was helped by their customer service rep and who sorted this out for me asap. Once the products arrived, I absolutely love them and think they're good quality for the reasonable price point.

Ordered the Yasmin earrings, wore them for one day and the stud broke off one of the earrings. Really poor quality as the stud bends very easily. I have been sent a replacement but assume the same will happen. Not worth the price at all.

Purchased earrings and got a huge rash.

They aren’t not hypoallergenic and I would avoid at all costs.

Refusing a refund and will not be purchasing from them again.

The photos show a really beautiful creamy gold - blatantly photoshopped product images on the website and it looks like cheap Aliexpress gold (if you know you know) so I come on here to review it and turns out it is actually just aliexpress crap repackaged lol!

What a con artist Naomi Genes is. Stick to being a fashion influencer because I can't see this brand lasting long-term if this is the quality.

My earring back went loose after like 5 wears, the back is the bog standard cheap ones you get on Primark earrings - actually tbh Primark are better! Neima Row earrings aren't comfy, feels painful to wear after a couple of hours and itchy etc. None of my huggy hoops from Mejuri etc do this. Save your £££ and buy from places like Mejuri and Monica Vinader.

Also pretty annoyed that I've just seen that theyre all from aliexpress after reading the other review tbh! What a waste of money. Paid £35+ for earrings. Naomi Genes made out she designed everything from scratch so it feels like a kick in the teeth from someone you have followed for years basically scamming people for some quick cash.

Really disappointed I ordered some jewellery from here and when they arrived the quality was shocking. I looked on here at reviews and can now see it’s literally just repackaged AliExpress jewellery so save your money and get it straight from there for a fraction of the price!

Was super excited to receive Yasmin earrings. I thought £40 for a pair of earrings was pricey but they looked so good on insta. When they arrived they were not what I expected at all. Cheap quality. The actual back broke off within one day of wearing them. I emailed them and they were quite good at responding and sending a new pair. A refund was not offered. I was just expecting better quality especially for the price tag. I would just say lower your expectations!

I received the Sofia earrings as a Christmas present. I like the look of them, although they are a really ‘yellow’ gold which I don’t think comes across on the website.

The big issue I have is that the earring backs are sooo loose and the earrings are quite heavy so are constantly falling off. I need to use the backs from other earrings I own which isn’t very practical. Such a shame because I like the design of a few of their pieces

I usually buy Soru earrings and will stick to those in the future. Much lighter, comfortable and better quality.

Was really excited for this product to launch, this didn’t last long as the earrings were SO heavy and made my ears itch like mad. I literally couldn’t even wear them for a full day at work, and for £40 that is totally unreasonable.
Now I can see from the comment below, this is just cheap tat and is likely the reason. I genuinely had high hopes for this and I am so disappointed, last time I bother with an influencers brand.
There isn’t anywhere last I looked to leave reviews or feedback on their product website (shock) so hopefully others will see this before spending their money.
