NECL have always been most supportive and patient. I have rung them on several occasions and sometimes I think that they must groan when they see that it is me that is calling them. However that does not seem to be the case.
I always have such peace of mind with NECL

Rapid, personal service - thank you

We have used this company for a number of years and find them exceptionally helpful, always prepared to go the extra mile to assist.
James, our allocated IT consultant, is patient, kind and understands our requirements. Higly recommend.

The IT consultant turned up on time, fixed my problem and gave helpful advice. I would use NECL again without hesitation.

Can’t recommend NECL enough, excellent service throughout with our new website, from design and content writing through to build and go live, nothing was too much trouble.

We even received new enquiries in the first week after launch.

Special thanks to Neil and Steve for your patience, we are extremely pleased with the results.

I hadn’t changed my personal laptop for some time as I like to make things last. I contacted NECL a while back when my old Dell laptop needed quickening up. They looked after my pennies then by recommending an upgrade as opposed to a replacement which was cost effective at the time and worked brilliantly for quite some time. However, when the battery started to overheat, I contacted them again for some much needed help. I like the way they genuinely think outside the box and apply what they learned from how I use the current laptop. They spoke with me to assess my needs prior to providing a recommendation for a new laptop. Not only did they look after the ordering they also did a great job of helping me get properly setup. I am delighted. Overall a great service and I particularly like the solution for managing all the passwords in my life. Highly recommended.

Always get good, reliable advice and service from Neil and James who both work incredibly hard to look after their customers.

Neil and his team focus on both fixing issues when the occur and building a resilient system for the long term. Also good people to do business with.

We get nothing but great service from James.

Great company, great service

We have used Neil & James for many years now and have always been pleased with their level of support. They both have on occasions dropped important personal attendances to make sure that Goodwin's is back up and running as soon as possible on our case management system. They both are always available to help whether it is on the phone or by remote login.

We used NECL when we started up our business as we wanted to get the right accountancy software from day 1. Not only did Neil help us select the software, but he shared really valuable lessons to help us select a good accountant and other basic set up steps. We were delighted with the advice and service that was provided and will definitely go to them for help in the future.

James & Neil offer an efficient and exceptional service - very highly recommended.
