From start to finish I received…great service
From start to finish I received excellent service from Hannah,Katie and viester. Nothing was too much trouble,after chopping and changing my ideas.Had a privilege to meet the owners of the company. Very nice people.All the staff I met personally and over the phone very polite and made sure the messages passed to the right people. All the family and friends seen the wardrobes and got wow factor and second question was where did you get it from? I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.Many thanks. Brilliant company from the reception …
Brilliant company from the reception desk to the sales to the operations to the fitters. Nothing was an issue everything happen exactly as we were led to expect and the resulting walk in closet is fantastic.
We are now looking to use the team again for my husbands study! Thank you

As builder working on a property in …
As builder working on a property in welwyn HERTFORDSHIRE I saw the quality of the product first hand , so I went there showroom in hatch end , we chose what we liked got a survey paid the deposit got the wardrobes when they said , had a slight issue with a soft close hinge emailed Katie who replied straight away giving us a date to do the remedial ,two guys turned up took the sliding door new soft closer job done ,this really is a company that produces a quality product with tradesmen to match .

Brilliant job all round
Neatsmith installed my cupboards for me and I really couldn't have been any happier with the results.
They held my hand through the entire process, from my initial visit to their showroom on Finchley Road, to further consultation and installation. I found the team to be affable, reliable and knowledgeable - steering me in the exactly the direction I wanted to go.
Most importantly, I'm delighted with the end result. My bespoke wardrobe has been fitted beautifully, with a craft and attention to detail in every aspect.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neatsmith and will be using them for all future installations.

I have used Neatsmith on four separate occasions to install wardrobes and other fitted furniture at my home and each time they have provided an excellent quality, stylish product and first class service. Their fitters are true craftsmen who are highly skilled and respectful of my home. From the initial consultation to completion of the job I have found Neatsmith to be reliable, honest and professional. I have recommended Neatsmith to friends and family and the fact that I keep returning to them whenever I need fitted furniture is testament to the quality of their product and customer service.

Dreadful customer service & shoddy mirror
Dreadful experience. Firstly they didn't clear all there mess after installation. Then I noticed the main mirror was of the lowest quality and in the mirror I could see the reflected chipboard back of the frame. The mirror didn't fit properly so was forced in leaving the mirror concave with a distorted reflection. One draw front had a screw protruding through the veneer (plastic). A white glass door with laminate back was contaminated with sawdust. I was told this was normal. Not for 20k it isn't! I don't expect any laminated glass door contaminated, and to be told this was simply insulting. The replacement mirror is just as poor quality, but made smaller, too small! Now we have filler wax between mirror frame and carcass. The chipped glass mirror door was replaced. Not a good experience, some of the product is good, others are complete rubbish. I was spoken to as I was plain stupid. I would not recommend this company as the product is poor quality and the service, well 'its supposed to be contaminated'. Something is contaminated!

We don't have any record of you buying from us and I don't know what your role was in the building works at the property but it would appear from your review and your emails to our installation department that you are determined to paint Neatsmith in the worst possible light.
Under the circumstances there’s absolutely no point in debating your “dreadful experience” but I would be more than happy to meet the owners on site and to address any concerns they might have. I will get our Teddington showroom to make arrangements for a meeting with them.
Neatsmith has a very simple business formula. We have Showrooms where we provide a free design service and where prospective customers can see our products and also the quality of our fitting. The product we deliver is what’s in the showroom and the installation will be to the same high standard as seen in our Showroom.
It’s inevitable when you’re manufacturing and installing thousands of wardrobes every year that the odd problem crops up but we resolve those problems and we do have happy customers. We wouldn’t have a thriving business if we didn’t.
