Today, Sep 2, Tom LLamas Evening News reported on the Venezuelan/US Oil Deal. I thought this was extremely misleading. My understanding is that it will take a long time to get oil out of the ground, that the infrastructure currrently cannot support retrieval unless it is rebuilt at great cost and that the oil corporations are not sure they want to participate, that it will be high in sulphur and need to be refined at special refineries (US refineries that can do this are located in the US but are extremely busy and fully operating now.) and that it will take a long time for this oil to be available as gas for the public. I don't care what Trump says as he is not honest about stating a change in gas price at the gas pumps by November. It will be much longer then this. I am upset and disappointed with NBC News as I feel that the broadcast was not honest about the deal and what it means to the average American at the gas pump. I expected NBC News to report an unbiased honest report. Now I am not sure I can believe NBC News and I will find it difficult to believe what else is being reported from now on. I am extremely disappointed as I felt that NBC News was my news program to listen to. Maybe the report was pandering to Trump and a fear of angering him. This is sad. A free press is essential to our democracy. I challenge NBC News to respond to this review and prove that what I have said about the Deal is untrue. I am willing to listen and state that I am wrong.

NBC news has devolved to whatever video captures the interest of the public. We watched a robot race tonight - two days after this was reported online. We watched a high school win a game after many years of losing. We watched a tragic story of a raft hitting a catamaran. What didn't we see. Canada and US trade war. Update on the US war on Iran - waged without Senate approval. Update on the 'D Day' on Iran's economy filled with more Trumpian hot air. Update on a US company providing the chips to enable Russian drones to kill Ukrainians - no response or reaction from our impotent, self centered, orange dyed president. This isn't news. This isn't Lester. This is entertainment to get ratings. An impotent fourth estate is far more deadly than a constrained fourth estate. I'm shifting to PBS and BBC. Pathetic.

The NBC news centered our evening for more than 30 years, but we just switched to PBS News Hour. The NBC show turned into an entertainment show, with way too much fluff and shortened news coverage, I got the feeling they were afraid to rock the political boat. It’s too bad. I don’t think it’s Llamas’ fault, but I miss the coverage and perspective of Lester Holt.

Why is it almost every time they get to a republican like right now with Ted Cruz and the hearing with Todd they cut it out and go to commercial or interrupted it with Holly or another so the American people cannot hear. But everything with a Democrat they play out the full entire review of Todd Blanche. Why are they afraid to talk about American victims from Bidens and the Democrats open boarders and victims from this, but everything else the Democrats support. I thought you are a equal and neutral News station.

I used to watch NBC news overnight for decades. Now I cannot even read an article because almost every article is for subscribers. This is ridiculous as news should be for the public to educate themselves on what is happening everywhere! How dare you charge people for the news! Not everyone has that extra dollar anymore! Have you not heard that a can of coffee in Canada has reached $20. Have you not seen that slices of bread/bagels are made for Barbie & Ken not for human beings! Too many of us are hungry all of the time!!! And that is where the xtra $s are going!! Shame on NBC NEWS!!

NBC News Website needs to stop pretending to be a website and admit that is a fee base subscription service. Most of the articles are only available with a subscription. Ads Ads Ads to read about news they develop for broad cast and make you watch ads to see it

I watch news every morning. U did not even mention the Major Jason Watson getting arrested because of his speech. Shame on you. So fast to become a fake trumpet

Shows too much self promotional crap when showing GOLF. Very few shots shown, hosts talking to each other about nonsense. Show golf shots no host BS. Show something besides putting. Crap show.

I really wanted to say thank you To people struggling to work work and not take time to enjoy life it's terrible when we have bad people around all the time but God says keep my law trust me trust him I pray for every one keep on keeping on.

NBC uses the final three minutes of a twenty one minute national newscast to talk about "Good News Tonight".

Most of the stories are unremarkable, minor things in various localities , which happen in numerous other localities.

Many have been along the lines of a couple getting married who videotaped the ceremony for a relative who couldn't attend.

That isn't really national news, is it? It's something that happens many , many , many times around the country all the time.

It really amounts to virtue signaling by n b c at the expense of using the time to report on something globally significant.

Tonight for example , there was a story about a little boy who unfortunately had cancer, where many other little young students sang You Can't Stop Believing.

Of course , that was very nice , but it doesn't really belong on a twenty one minute national news show at the exclusion of other news.

Moreover the three minutes, roughly 15% of the show, could more productively have been used focusing on how the Trump administration in 2025 cut 30 percent of federal funding support for cancer research.

Every nightly good news tonight , segment aces out covering something more meaningful and important that a national news organization should cover during a twenty one minute show.

Why do you spend half the news time previewing the stories? I’ve learned to fast forward through the previews and only get total of 10bminutes of real news. Stop all the crazy lead ins and previewing every story and you could give us two to three times as much news!! If you’re ignoring news, it’s as bad as misreporting!

NBC only reports what they want to. Therefore THEY DO NOT REPORT ALL THE NEWS! NBC is a joke and cannot be considered a news channel

What happened to reporting news? It has been so disappointing the past several months to watch NBC news. I like Tom Llamas, but, there is no newsworthy news anymore. They repeat the same story, spend 10 seconds on a story without giving a complete story. They just touch on something, but don't mention the town it happened in, it's so lame. Plus, they spend so much time on news that doesn't affect the rest of the nation. Who decides on what to report and waste time on? Switching channels until you get back to "news".

14 minutes out of a 20 minute airing is spent talking about a kidnapping, this is bias, when thousands of americans are kidnapped daily and hardly get a 10 second mention, NBC needs to do better, very disappointing.

Lie and speculate their interpretations of events almost entirely negative of any Conservative and ignore the corruption and dishonesty of any and all Democrats. Not the NBC news of 40 years ago that reported facts.

It's like relaying only government views, anti middle east propaganda...not a single person from middle east, or a critic of the Christian crusade West on news or Debates....what is that crap

NBC News this morning is making a lot of assumptions on the Israel/US conflict in Iran. These type of assumptions do nothing but create undue stress on the public. Kristen Welker is an uninformed news anchor that should only be reporting the news NOT speculating or trying to read President Trumps mind.

NBC news just responded to an election event in the UK with this headline "Left-wing plumber helps Greens sink ruling Labour and far-right in surprise U.K. election win".

This is pure, dangerous propaganda. The parties involved in this vote were the Green Party (a far-Ieft Socialist/Communist party with such policies revealed in the days prior). There was sectarian voting from a heavy Islamic population in Manchester. There was a center right party called Reform, and a left wing party called Labour. There are no Western 'far right' groups or parties in the UK. The article by NBC news also failed to mention the voter fraud and block/family voting caught by a voluntary voter observer group who said this was by far the largest voting fraud they had seen in their 10 years.

NBC News is a far-left propaganda outlet this means, as their article lied, had bias, and hid facts from the reader. I would be very weary of this dishonest news outlet.
