Worst Customer Service, unprofessional team, content writers in their team doesn't know what market research is, graphic designer's are just okay not the best, social media team doesn't know what content even means, it's a marketing agency which doesn't know what market strategy is, I literally had to explain this to them! PPC team will ask for funds to run ads, with no strategy in place, no KPI's, nothing.
They'll commit a timeline and will never complete tasks and will steal your money too! And When you reach out to the upper management including CEO they'll say; we'll go with what our team say, they won't listen to you as a customer and will never understand how these employees are stealing from customers!
