Slow unresponsive service
It's been well over a week and I haven't received my product. I've emailed Naturplus but I've had no reply. The money has been taken out of my account so very disappointed that I still haven't heard anything or received my item. Other companies I've ordered from have delivered on time and have kept me informed .

We have no record of you contacting us.
Please note during the coronavirus crisis delivery times can be longer than estimated.
Please also note the Royal Mail number we provide is for an untracked service. You will see NO TRACKING INFORMATION until the item has been delivered.
Some orders dispatched on or after the 6th of April have suffered from delays, your purchase history will show you the date of dispatch. If your order shows as dispatched it has been handed over to Royal Mail by us.
While the vast majority of orders arrive within 48h after despatch, it's an unfortunate fact that occasionally packages can be held up in the post, which once handed over to Royal Mail we have absolutely no control over.
Some Royal Mail sorting offices are closed on Wednesday's and Saturday's which can increase the delay.
Furthermore, no Royal Mail services are available during a Bank Holiday weekend .
