Not sure what I Think of this product as it was missing from my order and the rest was defrosted no dry ice left. when it was meant to be refelivered I got an e-mail on the day of deliver when it should be already out for delivery that the product is out of stock and it will not be delivered. I would love to reorder this again but I have not even recived my money back as promissed. I had to spend two hours on the chat today to Chase this and all I here is that they don’t know what it has not been processed and they can arrange for a full refund which will again take 2-4 days to process which gives in total almost two weeks of waiting for something I have never recived. So for two weeks I wasn’t able to get the deliver of my dogs food i was charged for something I have never recived and on both occasions I had to Chase the company for money back. I didn’t even get an apology or a partial refund for the dissapointment and innconvinience. The lady said that there is 20£ credit on my online account . Yes there is for the previous order that it has not been delivered by the driver but Marked as delivered for which again I had to Chase the payment after 8 days because they had computer glitch. To call this a poor customer service is understatement which is a shame because I had a regular subscription for years. I suppose as a customer who spends over a 100£ a month on my dogs food I’m not that important.

Excellent product and at nearly 14 my dog has not had any dental issues and our vet says these are the reason why. We give them to him frozen! Highly recommended

My dogs have one of these every other day, fed straight from the freezer. They love them and it keeps their teeth beautifully clean.

My Shih Tzu loves these necks. We chop them up. He especially loves the marrow down the centre of the neck bone. The neck bone is very chewable for our Shih Tzu. Great Quality Necks.

My dog didn’t chew it properly and damaged his gut

Dog loves them for sure - but sometimes doesn’t like certain bags that arrive. I’m wondering if the frozen duck necks sometimes defrost and then get frosted.
