I have ordered caterpillars from this company before.Through amazon and things have gone smoothly until this time. I ordered 2 cups so 10 caterpillars should have arrived. We only got eight caterpillars , three and one cup and five in the other. The 1 with 3 almost immediately started growing mold. OneCaterpillar in that cup turn to a chrysalis. The other two died, i tried emailing with the company and they did not offer to make it right? So I did a return through amazon and then they finally contacted me and said they would send me a replacement for that cup. Now the cup with five caterpillars in it is growing mold as well, 2 caterpillars are becoming chrysalis in that cup.The others are dead. I haven't opened the cups because you're not supposed to. I bought these for my 7-year-old granddaughter. And she is expecting ten beautiful butterflies, instead , it looks like we will only get two. We are Very disappointed. I feel like a company should stand by its products. Especially when you're products are generally bought for children to learn from. In the past , I might have recommended this company , but I won't in the future.

We bought a full tadpole to frog kit, bundled with two live tadpoles (all together it was; tadpoles, aquarium, faux plants, food and instructions).
The kit is great, love the reversible background for the back of the aquarium. The plants are cute and you get a lot of pellets (food) in the package.
The tadpoles ship separately at an appropriate time of year that you choose, they arrived healthy and although they seemed scared at first, seem to be comfortable and are moving around the aquarium. The tadpole's shipping was very safe, there was packing peanuts and packing paper surrounding the bag of tadpoles.
Everyone is so excited for the tadpoles to grow into frogs. I'd definitely do business with this shop again! Very happy!
(I used the date my order shipped as "Date of Experience", as I couldn't remember what day I ordered everything)
