Took over a week to receive parcel when you pay for 1-2 days delivery. No explanation on why or even a reply for 2-3 days when you ask them

Our next shipping date will be Tuesday 6/9/22of this is a little long to wait please reply to this email and we will issue a refund thanks.
We also replied to your second email 6/9/22 at no point did you attempt to cancel your order or inform us this was a little long to wait, we clearly informed you of our next shipping date. If you where unhappy waiting we could of cancelled your order with no issues but you would rather voice your opinion and complain via an online review system.
Please note* all further orders will be refunded please refrain from placing another order with our store.

Consistency changes with every order. Same price as the thc versions which are of better quality. Even if you complain about the poor quality (the black hash). I paid £400 for 2oz plus postage for cheap wax smelling hash....Its not the black.I emailed them expecting at least an apology but they ignore you with no chance of return because returns are not accepted....I'm now looking for a better supplier.

We our a little unsure as to "the consistency changes with every order"? As the black hash you received is the same genetic as the previous batch you ordered.
