Our tech, Wilson, was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, affable, and the first one to be able to diagnose and cure the issue with our dryer that had been going on for 7 months. Nana could use more people like him

I was contacted by Nana to get warranty work performed on my fridge. I have had the GE guy out 6 times and continued to have problems with it. Nana sent out Wilson and he was amazing. Actually took the time to diagnose the fridge and figure out what was the reoccurring problem. I can't be more happy with my experience! Thanks again Wilson

The tech, Ryan was very kind and professional. I requested he wear a mask due to my mom having recent heart surgery and he didn’t hesitate to do so. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Nana again.

Church on time!!
Technician Edson arrived on time was polite got right to the problem, diagnosed the issue fixed the dishwasher told me what the problem was and how to rectify the existing issue with my water temp.
So Thankful I was able to get to church on time.
