I have registered several domains with this company, and their infrastructure is simply top tier. The most important thing for a webmaster is DNS resolution speed, and this company provides lightning-fast domain responses. Because their nameservers are so incredibly fast, my websites get indexed by Google almost instantly. Fast domain resolution equals great SEO, and they absolutely deliver on this.

Their control panel might have an old-school, classic design, but honestly, it works absolutely perfectly. Even though the design looks a bit old, managing DNS records takes only seconds and the system flawlessly gets the job done without a single bug. I would love to see a more modern UI in the future, but their current performance is already a masterpiece.

Propagation happens faster than any other registrar I have used before. I am registering another domain with them today for my new project because I completely trust their perfect backend. If you want speed and instant Google indexing, look no further. Highly recommended!

Been a user for years and was happy. The latest experience was terrible. I transferred an urgent domain out to another provider, a process I am well used to which takes me 1-2 hours usually. The site on the transferred domain is now completely DOWN for 3+ days and Namesilo's team is unable to confirm and finalize the transfer even though everything was confirmed on the target registrar with an auth code and an email confirmation.
- First support contact yielded the agent telling me "oh the domain is locked until June 2025" (had to be reminded 2025 is last year.. and the domain is unlocked).
- Then they said they created a ticket to handle this. 2 days later I got an email notice this is resolved and the domain was transferred which is simply not true.
- When followed up they said (AGAIN?!) "your case has been assigned to our IT Team". No answers yet, an obvious lack of communication, a very angry client on my end that will leave our services due to this incompetence. Very unhappy.
