Absolute worst
Absolute worst. I ordered two bikini bottoms and went to buy the tops and it said they were sold out. I contacted them and no one would help with a return now it’s been to months and I have two bikini bottoms I can’t wear because they don’t answer. They refused to help with anything. I tried getting in touch before the month was up for a return but no one ever contacted me about it. When I decided to email them I had a week left to return and what do you know they don’t respond and when they did it was to say the same exact thing someone else had already told me. I don’t understand why it is so hard to just return something. I will never order from them again and I do not recommend you order either. UPDATE. I got someone to talk to me then when it came to returning the items I got nothing. I highly DO NOT recommend ordering from them.

Because I contacted the customer service to return my order or change to another one, but she she said we can’t do it, we can refund you only 5 dollars, in fact I paid 38 dollars. Finally they didn’t refund me 5 dollars,I sent a message,but didn’t reply.

Thank you for taking your time and writing this review. This is Katherine, the co-founder of SILVERWIND. For people who might read this review and feel a bit confused about what happened, I thought maybe I should explain what actually happened.
You purchased a 30USD SILVERWIND voucher with your sweatcoin (something you can earn by counting your walking steps on a platform called sweatcoin) Your SILVERWIND order was made last December and you purchased a pair of flares which were on sale and it’s priced 35.8USD. You used your voucher and got 30USD off, so the real amount you paid was 5.8USD + 6.99USD shipping cost (we only offer free shipping when orders over 70USD)
After you’ve received your order, you decided to ask for an exchange. But because the product was on sale which means we weren’t able to offer a size exchange. For those who might not know why brands put some products on sale, I will have a brief explanation here. Every year we would decide the styles which in low stock and less popular are not worth size restocking, so we put those styles on sale and it’s impossible for size exchange in that case. I believed I replied you that we aren’t able to offer size exchange, but you could either keep the product and get a 10USD voucher compensation from us, or we could offer 5.8USD refund. Then you refused to accept any of those solutions we offered and asked us to refund you 30USD. But it’s not reasonable as we only received 5.8USD product payment from you. At SILVERWIND, we always welcome critical and honest reviews that help us to become a better brand for our customers, but this review which doesn’t tell the truth, really hurts our feelings.

Above and beyond to make customers happy
I have ordered several sets from Silverwind and they are always super comfy, will made and really cute! I recently ordered a set in my regular sizing from them but the bra ended up being REALLY small. Customer service was a dream, offering to send me the next size up and allowing me to keep the original to gift to a friend. If it's not enough that their clothes are sustainably made and beautiful then their obvious care for their customers puts them in my favorite small businesses ❤️❤️

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! I’m blown away by how much this company stands behind what they do. I purchased a pair of flares that were a bit too short for me. They are exchanged them for another pair and gifted me the pair that didn’t fit to give to a friend. I love that they work hard to prevent waste and repurpose materials.
I’ll definitely be a long time customer…

Great personalized customer service!
Bought the meadow bra and shorts on a bit of a whim and I am very pleased with both my purchase and their customer service. The bra was a little tight for me, so I am changing up the size. When I contact Silverwind to arrange this, they were super helpful! It was definitely the easiest exchange I have ever had! The shorts are definitely yoga shorts and don't have much compression or shaping, but they are comfortable! I do find the thigh openings a little tight compared to the waist, but I do have thunder thighs, so that is likely why. The bra is my favourite part! The band underneath the bra is very firm and doesn't roll and the pattern is so pretty! They also personalized the package is such a nice way and gifted a scrunchie alongside my order!
Shipping took a little longer than some companies, but I don't mind at all! :)

Always such fabulous communication with the team. Items arrive fast given that I live in New Zealand and the boxes that my orders arrive in are always personalised in some way. Love the thoughts that go in to each order. 💜💖

First purchase
I like the concept of reusing or repurposing things, and I was ready to move up from my black tights, so I gave Silverwind a try. The ordering process was straightforward. I was notified when my order shipped and now this 75 year old newby yogi is looking pretty up yo date in very pretty, nicely fitting recycled plastic bottles!
