I bought perfumes here previously and had a great experience. No issues and the scents were incredible. Fast shipping, well packaged. This time however, the box arrived damaged, soaking wet in perfume (i think), and smelling horrible. I opened the box and found one of the boxes open and leaking. The smell immediately made me dizzy and ill. I didnt think anything of it until i was unable to speak properly. My hands, lips and face went numb and I had a hard time breathing. I contacted their customer service and the person asked me to take a picture and video of the fragrance, after i told them being around it gave me an allergic reaction. I understand you are a business, but if you arent going to practice empathy when people are experiencing a health emergency, especially when the fragrance only costs $29.99, is unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company again and i will be telling everyone i know not to as well.

Order was shipped and delivered faster than another domestic company. All genuine fragrances, wrap intact. 10 days from Canada through customs to me, not bad.

Shipped from Canada (Ontario) to U.S. (downstate NY) in around 10-11 days, which is normal now with current customs and shipping enforcement/performance. 100% authentic products, I ordered YSL's Y Elixir, and Maison Asrar's Vanguard. Prices were fair and everything was new, in great condition.

Seeing there were no reviews for this website, I decided to write one in case anyone was interested in ordering from them.
