Mihai was amazing in answering all my questions throughout the entirety of the process. Always quick responses and was always honest on what was needed.
The process was very quick once it started and it really helped me out of a difficult circumstance and Mihai in particular made my first move into London much easier than it could’ve been.
Not only was he amazing during the working day but he was always readily available outside of work hours to suit my busy schedule and for this I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend using myrooms and I’m sure all agents are as amazing as Mihai (but if you get Mihai then you are very lucky).

I experienced professional service with Myroom and it was very quickly. A couple small technical problem, but these got sorted out very quickly. Marine was helpful and kept in touch to check everything with the moving in went smoothly. I highly recommend them, Thanks 🙏🏼

Shame on us that we did not research this company more thoroughly. Reading through the cleanliness and maintenance issues and complaints, this was exactly our fear.

The fact that all that money had to be paid upfront, sight unseen, outside of a few photos and a video that were clearly not current or up to date. Several calls and emails later, we were assured our daughter studying abroad thousands of miles away, would be walking into a fully renovated space. Fully renovated since the last person was in this room. "Fully renovated" must have a completely different meaning in their book...this room had not even been cleaned since the last person moved out.

How backwards, to move into a room and then have to reach out and initiate cleaning, repairs and painting? This was their response after numerous emails. She should have reached out to maintenance to report the issues.

From the point of payment and moving in, there was a 3 almost 4 week timeframe that any maintenance crew could have accessed the room to prepare for the next person to move in. I WISH we could attach photos of this room! There is just no excuse. The damage and wear and tear in this space, was YEARS of tenants.

I suspect they have had complaints, and tenants reached out for assistance and no action happened.
At the end of the day, we did what we had to get her out of this situation. What a costly lesson it was. We hope you are happy that you have taken a small fortune from a university student for nothing in return.
