Graduate moving in..
I was quite happy with the moving process two weeks ago, everything was quick and Mihai provided me with quick responses. Despite the lack of physical viewing, which results in the room not being 100% as new as the photo, it is still acceptable.

It wasn’t bad, but my arrival wasn’t as expected. It was very messy and the kitchen and bathroom were completely dirty. And it is a bit to noisy, you can here cars and ambulances a lot. But location is ideal

Thanks for your feedback. As a standard procedure, your room was deep cleaned prior to your arrival and check in. Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly as this is a flatshare. Our records show that our property management team acted swiftly once you raised an issue about the state of the communal areas and sent the cleaning service provider immediately the next day. We are also grateful that you made an effort to maintain the communal areas clean and tidy.
Regarding the noise, this flat is located on a busy road in Chelsea and therefore its inevitable that one would hear cars and ambulances once in a while. The windows are double glazed and help reduce the noise.

Mihai is a nice person who is always ready to give help to his tenant. And he can always give a appropriate solution base on the situation case by case with much patience to explain everything clearly. we have a well communication to discuss everything and finally make the deal. The only inconvenience is that people cannot have a physical room tour, but the room is generally fine.

We acknowledge that your room had some maintenance issues that unfortunately were not possible to resolve in a short period of time. The issue is still being taken care of by the building owner as it relates to a structural problem coming from the adjacent neighbour's wall. Therefore, and despite the fact that our crews attended your room and carried out protective and reactive maintenance prior to your check in, however, we do acknowledge the problem persisted beyond our expectations and is now being handled by the building owner and the room is now off the market until the issue is resolved from its roots. Myrooms offered you an early termination without any fees and you were offered smooth and quick exit though your contract original expiry was in September 2022. While we do understand your frustration, however, it happens that the root cause of the problem is not within the subject property's limit and does not fall within our capacity to act. Therefore, and based on your request, you were offered an early termination free of charge in addition to our offer for a free relocation to one of our other properties. We also agreed to use your deposit towards your last month rent to ease your financials as you decided to terminate and look for other properties. We apologize for the unfortunate experience as it was an unforeseen condition. We hope that you trust we did everything in our capabilities to find a just and fair solution.

Strongly suggest not to rent with this company.
I initially had a good impression of MyRooms, bacuse of the good service given by the agent who found me the room in London. But after I moved in, the true colors of the agency slowly came out.
First of all, the room I rented was in bad conditions: very dirty, less furniture than what I had been told, and a terrible smell of cigarettes. When I asked them to come clean it for my move-in, and to do something for the smell of cigarettes, the only answer was: "It's impossible, our tenants are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment". Which not only meant that they wouldn't do anything about it, but also that apparently they thought I was lying about the cigarettes.
The whole apartment was in a very bad state, quite different from the pictures. Radiators, windows and fridge had several problems. No way to get it fixed though, as they never answered to any email about the apartment conditions.
According to the contract, cleaners were supposed to come to the apartment fortnightly. In 6 months of contract, they came twice. To my email requesting the cleaning money back, they literally answered: "You cannot prove they did not come, as you might have been outside of the apartment".
After I finally left the apartment, I was not returned 40£ from the deposit. I did not even try to get it back, as I know these people are used to get away with this kind of things, and I just want to forget about them.
Just stay away from these people.

In one of the exchanged emails between you and our property management team dated 12 November 2021, they confirmed to you the dates the cleaners were attending and you replied:
"I see, the cleaners came but we didn't notice them. My mistake. Are they coming the Wednesday every 2 weeks?".
Our property management team confirmed to you in writing in multiple occasions the frequency and the dates the cleaning service provider attended for communal cleaning. Also, please note that cleaning is a complementary service and is part of your licence agreement but you do not pay for cleaning.
We can also see that you raised maintenance issues pertaining the curtain in your room, the radiator and the communal door on 09 November 2021. You have replied via email on 12 November to our assistant property manager confirming the following:
"Thank you Nora, the radiators and the curtains are now fine. Nana showed me how to open the door."
Our maintenance team responded and took action within a period of 3 days.
The amount deducted from your protected deposit was £34.53 and not £40 which correspondence to 1 day worth or rent which was due as you checked out on the 11 April 2022 which was the expiry date of your licence agreement.

Anna at MyRooms was lovely to deal…
Anna at MyRooms was lovely to deal with. Quick to respond, personable and chat and did what she says she’s going to do.
I had to sort my Flatshare online because of a short time-frame and I always worry about what the property really looks like instead of just a bunch of pictures and videos. The Flatshare was actually identical to the images and I’m happy.
So far, I would recommend MyRooms.

Miha is nice guy who I spoke to and…
Miha is nice guy who I spoke to and sorted the flat with but the actual flat it’s self was awful really for the price
Only got to see pictures of the room nothing else and never was aloud to view as if I did I wouldn’t of paid this amount for for what you get. The locating is good and guess that’s why so expensive but the flat is self is dirty and not what expected
