Our pens are always a hit with our customers and community. The customer service has been excellent over the years. Always helpful in directing me to what we have ordered in the past and assisting in suggestions in the current availability.

My representative is very quick to repond. She's great and the product is one I have been waiting for!

I always enjoy doing business with Myron and with Tyler. Ordering has always been easy. It is good to be able to place an order well in advance of the time I need it, and know that I'll receive it on schedule. I like getting "proofs" to allow me to see how the finished product will look.

Always strives for the best possible "deal" for the customer which is important these days with inflation so high. We've always had good results with Myron.

Onella Canales goes well beyond to assist and service her clients. She is the main reason we have stuck with Myron and seldom use a competitor. That being said, the new Myron website is not service oriented - it is deceiving and requires more assistance from a customer service rep. than what should be needed.

I'm disappointed to create this review but I believe in honesty and transparency. I submitted a rush order on 6/19 for delivery 6/23 based on what your company said was possible and within your rush order standards. I completed/approved the proof at the time of the order. I have an event today 6/24 that I was expecting to have the items for. After calling this morning when the order wasn't delivered on 6/23, I was informed it was still in the art department for type set. Abner was very apologetic but that doesn't resolve the fact I paid for a rush order nor did I receive any communication it would not be delivered on time. The best Abner could offer was a proof as soon as we ended the call and earliest delivery on 6/26. That was more than half an hour ago and I still have not received the proof from Abner or confirmation that the order will indeed be here by Friday the 26th or any offer to adjust the rush order payment I have already paid. After using Myron for more than 6 years for 2 other companies we have owned, I am deeply saddened by this experience. At the very least I should be refunded the rush order set up fee. I pray this really was a fluke and no one else experiences this issue especially with a new business that you are wanting to promote.
