My Probate Partner Anmeldelser

Chose to use the guidance option to assist with my Dad's confirmation which we had partially completed but were having difficulty in understanding some of the complex language.
The guidance was far more clear than the government website and allowed us to complete quickly. Once we submitted the forms to be checked, they were viewed and returned rapidly with notes for minor adjustments.
Once completed, we sent the forms off to finalise the confirmation which took a few days and allowed us to move forward with the estate.
A great, clear, concise service with several options depending on your understanding and confidence.

It removed all stress from trying to negotiate an overly complicated legal process. My application got through first time.

Good service and any queries answered within 48hrs. Solicitors take notice!

My Probate Partner is an excellent company. Having previously consulted a solicitor, I had paid hundreds of pounds and was no further forward in my confirmation application. The confirmation process makes it virtually impossible for individuals to apply without legal help. Thankfully for my wallet, the fixed price, offered by MPP was very reassuring. I was given everything I needed to obtain confirmation. The communications I received from Lucy were clear cut, transparent, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a natural worrier, and Lucy was able to deal with each and all of my MANY queries. It gave me great peace of mind. I handed the application in to the Sheriff Court and heard the very next day that it had been approved! I was astonished.
It has been a pleasure to work with MPP.
Other companies would do well to learn from their business practices. If you are in the position of dealing with an estate, at a very difficult time, I strongly recommend My Probate Partner, to walk you through the process at your own pace.
My Thanks again to the team at MPP.

Very efficient and helpful people to have on your side through a tricky process at a difficault time. Great response time. ie I sent a question on a Sunday afternoon and had an answer Sunday evening!!

High quality professional service which overcomes the difficulties of dealing with Confirmation in Scotland, as opposed to Probate elsewhere.

Fast, efficient and extremely helpful.

I contacted this company to enquire about obtaining a Grant of confirmation as Solicitors were asking around double the price they were so I purchased the enhanced service and from start to finish they kept in touch and gave me great advice and filled in all the legal requirements requested on the forms for me and as a result my application to the court for grant of confirmation was successful.
I highly recommend this company.

Speedy result with clear step by step instructions. Made a difficult time a bit easier.

Having had several court rejections for a variety of reasons, Myprobate took all of the available information, scrutinised, reformatted, and my next submission was passed by the court. They were on hand to answer any questions and very professional throughout. Can't recommend this service highly enough.

A dislike of the cost of getting probate through a solicitor. Hearing of the length of time solicitors took to finalise it.Reading an article that it could be done with assistance, after all, you have to collect all necessary information yourself anyway, whether through solicitor or not. An introductory phone call at home, help every step of the way and advice on how it was formatted, made this way of getting probate completed with feelings of relief at a bad time.

If anyone is skeptical about doing this I urge you to go a head . I was really worried about paper work etc but the prices solicitors had quoted were outrageously expensive which made me search for an alternative. Thank you probate partner you have been so supportive and I now have confirmation after 12 weeks. They guide you through everything but I would go for the best package they offer. DO IT!

Start with a phone call with straight forward easy to understand advice and then you can decide if you want to use My Probate Partner. At a very difficult time this is the type of service you need. It is explained that you can use a solicitor if you prefer but the fixed price with access to help along the way worked very well for me. The documents are completed and provided with detailed instruction of how and what to provide for the court. Then further instructions/advice once the court have returned the Certificate of Confirmation. This company were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them also.

Tried the confirmation process alone and was rejected.

My probate partner stepped in and helped make the confirmation process very straight forward and fast, highly recommend their services as was my application was accepted with their help.

Excellent service. Everything went smoothly and without issue.

I cannot tell you how happy and grateful I am to have found this company. From the initial phone consultation to obtaining the Certificate of Confirmation from the Sheriff Court these guys are with you all the way! They save you so much time and stress from start to finish at what can be a very difficult time. Each step is straight forward and easy to navigate in what can be a daunting experience for many. It took in total only 12 weeks (including the christmas period) for me to obtain the Certificate of Confirmation for my late uncle, which is truly amazing considering most solicitors can take over a year and many thousands of pounds. I would not hesitate to recommend My Probate Partner and have already done so to friends and family. Thank you so much again for everything!

Prompt responses, supportive feel to all communications. Time taken to walk me through the various complexities of unfamiliar territory, very important at a time of inevitable stress for the family.

Great service and reassuring that I could telephone and get a quick response with any questions that I had. Confirmation went through very quickly first time due to help received from the team at My Probate Partner.

Very easy to use, quick responses. Cheaper and more efficient than a lawyer too.

Our first amateur attempt at applying for Confirmation failed miserably and the local Sheriffs Office returned our documents with the advice to seek legal help from a Solicitor. The timing was bad as our own Solicitor had recently retired. We had read My Probate Partner excellent and comprehensive online description of their services and were impressed so we made the decision to contact them immediately. It was easy from that time onwards.
