My Probate Partner Anmeldelser

Probate Partners were brilliant helping me get confirmation of my father’s estate. Explained everything in detail and completed all the forms on my behalf . I would definitely recommend this company

After 2 rejections from the Sheriff Court with contradictory objections it was a pleasure to deal with My Probate Partner who pushed the application into shape in 6 days which was then successful.

After 4 failed attempts by ourselves we contacted Mike at My Probate Partner who put us at ease and within 2 weeks of having Mike fully complete the forms we received Confirmation and can’t thank MPP enough for this. Please read all reviews, contact Mike and this will make life that bit easier after your bereavement.

Truly excellent service. Very professional. Great communication. Good simple language. Very patient and friendly. Impeccable.

I am so grateful to have found My Probate Partner. Mike from the first call was so kind & helpful. His company offer an invaluable service which made obtaining Confirmation so seamless at a time of sadness & at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this company.

Mike at My Probate Partners was very helpful and professional in making sure that all forms relating to probate/confirmation were filled in accurately and quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

Easy to follow guide, ensuring nothing was missed or completed incorrectly. All queries were promptly answered as I went through the process

I used MPP to obtain confirmation resulting, I believe in the process being completed months ahead of when it would have been using my Lawyer and without doubt definitely saving me £000’s in costs.
Having had such a good experience with getting Confirmation I again contacted Mike in relation to the preparation of a Deed of Variation for myself and one other beneficiary. As usual the response time from my Lawyer was glacial and the cost quoted excessive. MPP had the Deed prepared and issued within a week and even completed the forms for Registering the Deed to the extent that I only had to sign the documents and post them to the Registrars.
Best of all another £1000 saved. Job done at 1/6th of the cost, I really don’t know how my Lawyer could begin to justify the price I was quoted!

This service was a complete eye opener, I work in financial services and have been very impressed with the service offered. The attention to detail was second to none, making the whole process seamless.

From application to the court, to probate being granted only took 3 weeks.

Wish I'd known about you sooner.

A quick chat with Mike proved my reservations about the service to be unfounded, I decided to proceed and I’m so glad I did. The service was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with the conventional route of using a Solicitor. Mike’s service provides you with the opportunity to be in control, helps navigate you through the process at the pace you are comfortable with and Mike has your back at every turn. Efficient, cost effective and in my case the outcome was receipt of the Grant of Confirmation within a week. I highly recommend Mike’s service.

Highly recommended. It was a very fast and efficient service professional service. Confirmation was achieved first time on a complex case.

Did exactly what was needed. Worth the price for the peace of mind knowing it’s done properly.

I was guided free start to finish. Also I did not feel that any questions I asked were silly. My probate went through first time.

At a difficult time, it's so reassuring that there's no question too silly, you get very speedy responses, intelligent and professionally experienced form filling and a step by step guide to probate, tailored to your needs. Well done!

Helped a lot to have someone who “ knew the score” so to speak when it came to it. Possibly could have done it ourselves but……??

The service was supportive and efficient and the information provided was concise and clear. The additional expert advice provided was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing! Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a step by step approach guiding me through the process. I would recommend this service for anyone with a fairly straightforward probate process to follow as they will save thousands of pound vs using a lawyer.

The days after a family member dies can be a complete blur, and then to face a huge amount of admin regarding estates and Will's can become overwhelming, especially if you're in a different country.

My Probate Partner has made the process incredibly clear and easy. Mike guided me step-by-step through the process and consistently answered my very many questions. I would encourage anyone navigating probate (and not knowing where to start) to use this service.

I used MyProbatePartner after my initial Confirmation Form was rejected . The court give no indications or help whatsoever regarding any errors . The guide and support provided by Mike and his team was very clear and easy to follow. I recompleted my form and it was confirmed by the court a few weeks later. Job done. Would recommend.

We were quoted £3,000 from a solicitor for confirmation of a very straight forward estate. We used Mike at My Probate Partner and confirmation was received in less than a month. Mike was always prompt to reply to emails.
