Not massively happy with my case. First of all the company is based in the Netherlands and delivery is slow. Having a .co.uk address is rather misleading. When the case arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the initial quality. The print quality was excellent hence why the review has two stars. However it was very tight fitting it to my phone, which was the correct model. When I had to take it off to apply a screen protector it was so hard to get off that it snapped in half around the camera. I won't order from this company again and will reorder my case from Boots.

Delighted with my personalised phone case. The quality is excellent. Great fit for my phone. The only down side was i thought it was getting made and delivered from the uk. So wasn’t happy with the time it took to be delivered

This is the 3rd case I've bought from them and everyone has been great quality. The website is easy to use to get the picture exactly where you want it on the case.

Be very aware of delivery times!
Nowhere on the website does it mention that this company isn’t based in the uk.
After finding out that it’s approx a 2 week delivery time my daughters b-day present will now not arrive on time.
Not happy,will not be using this company again 😡

Excellent product good reliable delivery very happy

The cases are a lot more flimsy than described, not good quality plastic and very thin. Photo on both is also poor quality. Appreciate they can’t be sent back and refunded as they’re personalised but won’t be using them.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering from here. I ordered a personalised case for my phone at the start of January, and I’d love to blame Royal Mail strikes for the delay, but I’ve received 3 different emails from this company each time to say there has been a delay and my case hasn’t even been shipped yet. They give me a new date for shipping but the day before that date comes I just receive another delay email. This was due to arrive 2 weeks ago, but 3 delay emails later and I’m still waiting. The next date they have given for shipping is over a month from when I ordered, and I can probably bet on the fact I’ll get another delay email. Avoid like the plague, this is actually embarrassing customer service and I don’t know how a company can make that many false promises to so many different customers and still be running.

We placed an order with them which we were told was cancelled as the payment failed and we'd need to re-order. Which we did. But the payment has been taken on the cancelled order and they will not refund, despite initially telling us they would refund it. They have now decided not to refund so we are £40 out of pocket. I have asked the bank to look into this now as the company will not help.

I really pray that future customers google this company before using them. I regret buying from them so much.

I was meant to receive my product 3 weeks ago, they just told me I have to wait 10 more days. It was meant to be a Christmas gift.

No sympathy or compensation whatsoever. Awful customer services

Was OK. Took ages to arrive and when it did come there a smudge accross the bottom left photo. Wouldn't bother returning too much hassle but wouldn't order again.

Fast delivery , very pleased with it

The case I ordered was a Christmas present for my wife. It arrived in time and as I expected it to be and my wife was pleased with it. However, there was no gift wrap option.

Use this company every year for my mums annual grandchildren photo phone case. Always prompt and processed quickly. Photo colouring always on point too!

Case never arrived. Avoid

Ordered on 5th Dec and still not arrived by 23rd Dec rubbish.

Beware of this company....I made an order on the 6th December, I still have not received my item. I have emailed them but had no response. I am unable to leave a review on the website conveniently. All my other post seemed to have arrived on time. Be very cautious ordering!!!

Unfortunately my first order didn't arrive.However,on contacting the help center I had a quick reply.They then re sent my order,express delivery free off charge. You can't complain at that,it arrived within two days.Very happy with my purchase.l absolutely love my new phone case .
