myGwork is the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Our mission is to make the workplace more inclusive for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including job opportunities, training, mentoring, employer branding, and free community events. Joining the platform is free for individual members, which supports myGwork’s goal of ensuring that the platform's benefits are as accessible and as far-reaching as possible. Corporate members get a tailored service, with carefully curated product packages to help them achieve all their DE&I goals. myGwork organizes two annual events, WorkFair – the largest virtual global career fair for the LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates and students, and WorkPride – a week-long global conference for the LGBTQ+ business community and allies during Pride Month. The company also recently launched the myGwork Academy, delivering practical and relevant LGBTQ+ training education to help create inclusive workplaces for all. Attended the World Aids Day webinar and found it very informative. A great selection of speakers from different perspectives, which highlighted some great ideas. I have attended a couple of webinars now and they have all be to a very high standard and helped my understanding of different subject matters. I would highly recommend.

myGwork organises amazing networking events, which combine content with the networking. It is key providing tools and information on LGBTQ+ inclusion, looking at different themes, and also how it works by sector. And on the networking side, it gives me the opportunity to meet key stakeholders both from private entities and also public institutions, so that we can all work together.

A Powerful myGwork Event in Madrid
I recently attended myGwork’s event “Raise Your Voice Against Discrimination Towards People Living with HIV,” held in Madrid on 19 November, and it was an outstanding experience. The platform once again proved its value by creating a space where meaningful conversations and real advocacy can take place.
What impressed me most was the strong institutional connection with the Ministry of Inclusion, which reinforced the event’s relevance and impact. It demonstrated myGwork’s ability to bring together key stakeholders who are genuinely committed to advancing equality.
The networking opportunities were also excellent. The event offered the chance to connect with other LGBTI professionals in a welcoming, inclusive environment—expanding both community and collaboration.
Overall, myGwork continues to be a powerful platform for visibility, engagement, and professional growth within the LGBTI community.

Insights for Inclusive Transcreation
I found out a lot of interesting things about the community. I am about to start on a transcreation project related to LGBTQ. The panel offered not only valuable insights into the lived experiences and challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals, but also highlighted the nuances of identity and representation, all of which are central to my upcoming transcreation project. It reinforced my commitment to approaching this project with sensitivity, respect and a deep awareness of the diversity within the LGBTQ spectrum.
